This place used to be wonderful until Laurie left. All the good reviews you see are from when Laurie was running things. Things are horrible ever since the new director and Reesa (spelling?) took over. They will not spend any time on a discussion about your kid which Laurie was always ready for. Reesa will only mindlessly repeat some canned phrases until you get frustrated and leave. Here are some things that I've noticed recently.

- As soon as Laurie left, snacks were rationed at 2 crackers per day for each kid!

- I can't believe one of the teachers actually said "we let the kids cry, crying is good for them"

- Attention is given to kids only if the kid is crying loud enough to bother the teacher

- It is common for the kids to be hitting, biting and shoving each other throughout the day. This is a problem if your kid is smaller than the others. Expect the teachers to leap into action if there's a parent around.

This place is seriously amazing! All the kids are treated with such care and respect and understanding- the staff really does genuinely care for each and every child. Staff to child ratio is GREAT and the curriculum covers all the bases and beyond. This is far above a regular "day care center"!!

My child went to this school from age 3 months to 3 years. We have researched many other schools/day care centers and found this one to be the most kid-friendly. The teachers are so warm and caring about the whole child - their emotions and education (unlike other schools which emphasise education, or are too strict, or ignore the emotionsal side), the facility is the best, they have many toys and decorations. Customer service was great, the management and teachers are interested in parents comments and questions and try to cooperate with you as much as possible. I toured this school again recnetly to see what has changed since we left I was happy to see that after 3 years, the same teachers that we loved are still there! We are planning on sending our second child to this day care as well.

i went to check this one out for my toddler and really liked it a lot. Here every member of the staff had a vision as to what they r doing with the child. If it was not so expensive i would have my kid go here for sure.

I actually don't have children, but work above this day care and have the opportunity to see how the children are treated, as well as hear most all that goes on.

I have almost never heard a child cry, and not for long.
The staff takes the children out in small, age-related groups constantly to different play areas, or on rides in a group stroller.

They even will replay the same song over and over and over while singing along with the kids. "Celebration (Yahoo!" is very popular!

The staff is very vigilant with keeping track of the kids. They always walk in and out in a single or double line with adults watching carefully. The staff to child ratio seems very good.

I would send my kid here if I had one!
