The Food here is Awesome and alot of it for the money!! I highly recommend the Sink or Swim Combination Dinner. It comes with Miso Soup, a Small Salad with homemade Ginger Sauce, followed by 2 Shrimp Appetizers. Then comes the Main Course

Teppenyaki is where action begins. I love the show the chef gives at the grill and that makes the delicious food even more appetizing. Don't miss the opportunity to come and have this fabulous food-fun experience with your love ones.

This is by far my favorite teppenyaki place in the area, prices are much more reasonable than some of the other seattle locations. They have a lot of variety on their menu, including a vegetarian option and they can be very accomodating. Plus they make everything right in front of you so you can be sure to tell them if you want to change your meal in anyway. It makes for a fun night out with a group, but beware you may have to wait a long time if you don't plan accordingly and often unless you have a huge party will have people you don't know dining with you. Location is not ideal, but parking can usually be found easily.

Pros: good for a fun night out, price

Cons: can be a long wait, might have to sit with strangers

We tried Mikado with our entertainment card and found that the food was excellent and the prices were reasonable even without the entertainment discount. Clean and gorgeous decor inside. The staff is friendly and they offer great service.

Cozy retro atmosphere, seated right away on a weekend night and food was great. The best part was the prices, very reasonable for Teppanyaki. The filet was the best of our entree choices.

This was a great place to go, and the owners, Jeff and Lisa were some of the nicest people in the business. But, Jeff got an offer he couldn't refuse, managing a new restaurant for Benihana, and they sold the business. It has since re-opened under a new name (Mikado) and new owners. We'll miss you, Jeff and Lisa.

This is a great place to take a group of friends ready for good food and a fun atmosphere.

Jeff is an excellent, fun teppanyaki chef- keeps us laughing and joking throughout the meal, time and time again!

Food is great; you get more for your money here and you don't leave stinking like fried meat- it's a great, clean, open atmosphere.
