I have been taking my 2 dogs to Dr Heino for years. I can tell you from experience that no other vet clinic seems to care and listen to your pet's needs as much as Clifford Heino, DVM does. He takes his time and listens to your concerns. This is also the most inexpensive vet that I have ever found! My dog had surgery to remove a tumor and the bill was under $200.

I recently had to put one of my dogs down since he had cancer and was really old. I was really sensative about the whole event. I ended up arriving later that day near closing time. There were several people ahead of me, but I was immediately ushered into a room when I explained what I was doing there. Dr.Heino has a big heart and it's obvious that he truly does care about your pet even if he's just met you. He explains everything in a very understandable way and any options there are. The other vet I used to go to didn't even make half as much sense as Dr. Heino does. This veterinary clinic has the most caring people who truly are passionate about what they do and are good at their jobs. The place is clean and organized and exactly where I want my new puppy to be if he ever falls ill. I can rest easy knowing he is constantly watched over by caring animal loving people. As for money wise, this place is really reasonable. As a student, money is tight. But this place doesn't charge you an outrageous amount for something small (unlike Mercer Island Vet.). I would reccommend this vet hospital a million times over
