Horrible Customer Service
Went in for an alternator that I had called about earlier. Price was quoted to me over the phone as 40 dollars.
Girl behind the counter kept me waiting for over five minutes while she dealt with her personal phone calls.
She then proceeded to repeatedly cut me off as I described the alternator I was after. I explained that I needed an alternator that will work with X car and she told me that they didn't have one for that vehicle. I tried to explain that any alternator made by the same company for the same make, regardless of model, will work as long as it's OEM and 90 amp and that I'd called earlier and gotten a quote of 40 dollars for the one they'd had from a later, different model.
She proceeded to tell me that it was a different car (which I'm well aware) and cut me off in mid-sentence so many times that I had to walk out on her.
I called back after calming down and she was, again, incredibly rude and, when I asked for the specific one that I had been told earlier WAS there, she lied to me and told me that they didn't have ANY for that make of vehicle, regardless of model.

I have had multiple dealings with this place and, thanks to the counter staff, they have ALL been at least this painful. Her assumption about the alternator was based on the software's reference of the pulley (I know because I use the same software in sourcing parts) which I would have had to change anyway because of my aftermarket serpentine belt.

My advice, if you need parts, is to check Farrell's in Anacortes or A1 down the street.
