My daughter attended Gold Star Gymnastics for several years and was on the competitive team. It turned out to be a very disappointing experience and expensive. Chere Hoffman is rude and vindictive, they cannot keep any good coaches and the communication between parent and coach is nonexistent. She is now at another local gym and is having a great time. I would not recommend Gold Star if you want your child to come out of a practice with good self esteem.

If they could keep coaches for the girls it would be great, the owner is not honest which is why most of the upper level gymnasts eventually leave. This gym should be financially audited big time!

I started gymnastics at age 6 or 7 attending Gold Star. My coaches were so awesome and I always had so much fun. I ended up on team and competed for two or three years when I decided to quit. I went back to gymnastics in middle school and did it through high school. I've always loved the sport of gymnastics, so when my competing season was done, I got a job working at Gold Star at age 16. It's going on 2 years now, and I still love it. I love all of my kids and it's great to be back in the gym, giving back what I was given when I was younger!

What a difference from those big sport centers where they know your child's name and nothing else...It was great to meet a cozy gym like Gold Star. Besides my daughter, the whole staff know my entire family. They know our names and who we are. It is important these days to be known in your community...It is an extra security added on to our children...We feel very welcomed at Gold Star and my husband and I feel our daughter is safe, having fun, improving her selfesteem and working on the fundations of strenght and flexibility, that one day will allow her, to master any sport she will want to be in. We are thankful and loyal clients.

This is a great place to let your kids play on all types of gymnastics. They have two open gyms per night, one short one of Friday nights and a long one, great for parents night out on Saturday night.

I stopped by to check Physical Therapy Center for my daughter. It is very nice place in Vancouver area. She hasn't tried therapy yet until Monday. This is my first time to do write a review. Have a good day!

...we enjoy the relationship our daughters and their coaches. They take the time to show them how to do a specific skill or drill. The Poster Testing system they use is great...we get to see their progress!

Gold Star Gymnastics is a very interesting place. they have two gyms, one for the older kids and one for the littler kids - this is a GREAT idea. But it does smell funky!
