I have not done a lot of yoga, but I went to Bikram Yoga Center and I loved it. Most people get scared away by the idea of doing yoga in a heated room, but it is amazing. They were very friendly and helpful and did not push me hard because I was new to the whole thing. It is a very comfortable environment and I felt great when I was done. It was a really good start to the day.
