We came to Pacific Coast Ford after we got into an auto accident that totaled our car. Unfortunately, we were unable to get into another car right away. First we were financed, and then they said that actually maybe we werent. We waited in their office for 2 full days (like 8-9 hour days) waiting to make a deal, waiting for the banks to call back...just waiting. Finally they decided we could finance with them and we got a truck. Within a couple weeks, the truck is having problems either with the transmission or fuel pump or something. They wont fix it for us, but they will give us 50% of the cost to fix it. Overall, I wasnt too happy.
I've found the staff at Pacific Coast Ford's Service Department to be very promt, courteous and professional when bring my Explorer in for service. They are always able to fit me in according to my schedule and they finish the job in a timely manner. They do not try to sell you any services you don't need.
