I remember the days when this place was a meat market, and Brandi Carlisle sang on Sundays. The food is actually quite basic, but quality. The best time to eat here is in the summer when the windows are open.

Fun place to hang out. Sometimes they have live music which makes for a great atmosphere. Food is great.... Try the filet mignon :). Prices are reasonable.

Not being young, single, or a drinker, I felt we weren't especially prized customers. Dear Husband and I shared the wonton chicken appetizer, and got skewers of something that resembled a porcupine but had little taste. My flank steak was too salty to eat (and I didn't add any salt!), his meal was warm but not hot. Our overall impression was that the food was very well presented, but they'd left out any flavor, taste, etc. Oh, and on the way home, our cab driver told us "I never go there, it's mostly a pick up joint."

PROS: Meet interesting people
CONS: Food is all presentation, no flavor

Do you like bacon cheese burgers? You don't even know what one is until you have tried the one made with Kobe Beef at the Paragon. Plus they have live music every night and support local bands! Pricey, but worth it.

PROS: Amazing food and live entertainment
CONS: $$$
