College Christian Church

Once College Street Christian Church, now Paramount Christian Church, this is definitely a church I am proud to be a part of! Pastor Jeff is a man with vision, passion, and a great way of leading us all! Everything is straight out of the Bible, with no "it could mean..." or opinions. Just the Truth. The way God has always wanted it. And now, we are branching out to Yelm with a new satellite location. I am so excited to have the privilege of being a part of the team at that church. My daughter also just adores this church, and I see her growing a little every time we are there!

I was attending a church that had become stale, someone introduced me to CSC and there I found the most amazing people. I was impressed by their passion to show Christ's love rather than just talk about it. The church has a true passion for teaching the truth that leaves you with a feeling of peace and fullness after attending.

College Street Christian Church is SIMPLY THE BEST! It is a Bible based church that continues to thrive and thirst for knowledge from the Bible. Our Pastor Jeff gives the most powerful, awesome and yes, sometimes very entertaining sermons that we just can't get enough of. He encourages us to learn more about Christ and to reach out to others who don't know Him.

On a very personal note, never have I been touched by a group of people as I have by the women at College Street Christian Church. My dear friend wanted to throw a party for me because I was expecting my second daughter and I didn't want a baby shower. 24 women from our church showed up... All of which I had only known for less than 9 months, and about 8 which I had only met the evening of the party! They had heard about this party and wanted to come and meet me. I was so honored and touched by their love and gestures. My hears still wells up and my eyes overflow with tears from the love that I felt, and continue to feel from these amazing ladies.

College Street Christian Church has something for everyone. If you're new born, new into Christ, new in the area or just looking for a change, this is the place for you.

I have found College Street Christian Church to be a place I can worship and get excited about my relationship with God. I met my husband in January of 2006 and we truly found that it was a place that we could find common ground although coming from vastly different religious backgrounds. I just started attending with my family in 2006, and we placed membership in October of 2006. I already feel like I am part of the church family. I feel free to be myself and encouraged to always strive to know God a little deeper. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved however I have never felt pressured to participate or guilty for choosing not to. I have found the church to be welcoming and bible based. I know they are doing something right when my daughters look forward to attending and we are all sad when we can't make it. I look forward to many more years with God's family that meets on College street.

The people at CSCC are down to earth and treat you like family. It's a great place to worship, not stuffy or pretentious---just people who want to follow God's word.

Pastor Jeff Adams is an incredible preacher. He uses a perfect blend of humor, story-telling and cut-to-the-heart seriousness that really drives his message home. He simply preaches what the Bible says, and avoids getting into anyone's opinion of it.
