Barnes & Noble Booksellers

I love Barnes and Noble, but this particular location has the worst customer service in their cafe. The Baristas are confused and incompetent. If I go in the cafe for coffee and a girl named Austin is working, I will walk to the other end of the mall to get coffee from another barista/coffee shop with some customer service skills.

I like to go into this particular Barnes and Noble because it is located in the mall so I come here often. They always have the books I am looking for and I always get a discount with my club card. I usually order a coffee and sit and relax and look at a few books. They make really great blended coffees too.

PROS: Located inside the Northtown mall.
CONS: An hour away from where I live.

I love this store. I can spend all day here reading and drinking coffee. The store is clean and quiet and the chairs are comfortable. I can't walk in without leaving with 100 or more spent on books.

My wife and I enjoy bringing our children here for their weekly story and craft time. The kids enjoy that time as well. We can also browse through a book and have a cup of coffee while we wait.

I am an avid reader of all kinds of books. I love thriller, romance, real life stores and more. I can always find great books at great prices here. Very helpful staff as well.
