I love this place! i have been going there for years and the staff is so helpful. My dogs loves to go play with other dogs and it is great socialization too. I love the oprganic shampoos they use and the fact that they don't sell any food with preservatives or any pesticides. It show that they care not olny about our pets but also about the environment.
I do get really wet when I wash my dog but that is part of the fun. I highly recommend this place! The tubs are sooo much easier to use then other places that I have been to.

When you first walk in, yes it smells of wet dog...isn't it suppose to? I looked in the crates, for containment of dogs, and they are gross as hell! The entire time I was there, the owner Kris Garron/Dooley bad mouthed several other business owners. How rude to talk trash about other people to your customers, a captive audience. She then verbally assaulted a mentally handicapped person. Her personal pet dogs were running about loose, totall chaos! They were out of control bothering me while I tried to use their filthy ammenities. I'll pay the extra money to go to a real grooming shop...or battle to get my dog into my own tub!

The convenience of a self dog wash should lie in the fact that you don't have to deal with the mess, but everytime I go here anymore, I'm stuck cleaning out a tub before I feel comfortable putting my dog in there. They're always out of stock of their dog food and dogs run around loose.

Laundrapet is a do-it-yourself dog washing facility. They have large stalls for your dog to stand in. You get your shampoos and conditioners from their bar, and proceed to get down and dirty (and believe me, you will get dirty!). Each stall has a water hose which sends warm water over your animal for washing and rinsing. In my experience, it helps to have two people in this process unless your dog is very docile even in trying conditions. Once you get the dog clean, you dry your dog with another hose filled with warm air. They also supply brushes for their hair. The staff will help you get started if it is your first time.
PROS: Real money saver.
CONS: You will be wet and smell like wet dog when you are done.
