I am very picky about my hair, and for the first time somebody actually listened to what I wanted. That would be Harmony @ Bridge Blonde Salon. She is sweet, sincere, artistic and overall the best hairstylist I've ever been to. From the amazing head and hand massage to the perfect color, I was very happy. I recommend Harmony highly!
Pros: easy parking, flexible appointment times
Harmony is the best at giving you what you want. I went all over town trying to find a hairstylist with the vision to help me with my crazy style idea. Harmony was not only receptive, but she was excited to help me make my vison a reality, over a whole year. And after I was done with the crazy hair she gave me a cut that made me look sharp for my summer job. Thanks again Harmony.
Pros: Friendly, Perfectionist, and makes you want to come back again.
Cons: I don't usually like to pay so much for a hair cut but every time I look in the mirror I think, its worth it.
I can't recommend Harmony highly enough. I had the hair of a dirty, unkempt hippie-freak when I first fell into her chair two years ago; my hair hadn't been properly cut in years and it showed. Now I can't wait to call Harmony and make an appointment each month. She's pleasant, affordable, and incredibly skilled. I've never been happier with my hair, and I owe it to her.
Pros: skilled, kind, responsible
Cons: none
In music harmony builds and builds, one chord then another, one voice then another, progressing into a beautiful song or masterpiece. At Bridge Blond, Harmony builds and builds on colorless, lifeless, dull, unshapely hair like mine; one technique, one product, one snip then another until a polished, professional, perky look is created. Yes, a masterpiece. Throughout the process, one is lavished with gentle, gifted hands that massage away the cares of the world.
As in any line of work, there are those who do what they do to get something and then there are those who do what they do because they love it. Harmony loves what she does and her talent shows it. Her honest interest and care for people is evident. She is not simply making conversation to fill the time or talking on her cell phone while you wait. Harmony's full attention is on the customer and she is diligent to bring satisfaction, pleasure and beauty to her work.
Pros: Easy to work with my crazy mixed up schedule, flexible
Cons: Cannot think of any
Love the Salon, very funky but professional. Great location easy to find and plenty of parking. Harmony, is great! I am willing to drive 40 plus miles to have my hair done by her!
Pros: Totally cool
Cons: avoid hig traffic times, friday night & commuter times
Bridge Blond Salon is great, and stylist Harmony does a wonderful job. The first time I went there was to have my color corrected after I tried coloring my hair myself. She did such a good job and was so nice I decided to try her for a haircut and have been going there ever since. I have tried a lot of the high-tech, glitzy, overpriced downtown salons, but Harmony does a better job, and her price is very affordable - only $25.00 for a short haircut. I have been very pleased every time I've gone there. Plus, she gives a great scalp massage when shampooing - the best (and longest) I've ever had. I also got a hand massage when having my color done today. The salon is cute - tucked away on Eastlake Avenue, and small, which I like. It has a homey feel and I always feel comfortable there. PLUS, Harmony works on Sundays and Mondays! What more could you ask for? So give Harmony at Bridge Blond Salon a try - you won't be disappointed!
Pros: Price, convenience, great cuts
Cons: None
I love going to the Bridge Blond Salon! I am always relaxed by the atmosphere there, both in terms of the artsy yet homey decor and the friendly, hep yet down to earth energy of the place. I like that it's next door to Louisa's Bakery & Cafe -- also a favorite place of mine. Other salons are so plastic -- people will tell you you look "divine" but all they're really thinking is how divine THEY look. At Bridge Blond I can kick back, review my life with my stylist, Sierra, and enjoy the experience while she gives me a beautiful hairstyle that looks great for weeks. All the stylists seem talented and genuine. I leave feeling not only good about how I look, but a little better about life in general.
I absolutely love Bridge Blond. The atmosphere is really inviting and you feel at home immediately upon walking in the door. My stylist is Sierra, and her talents with coloring are better than any I've encountered. After paying over $300 for hair service elsewhere, I've found a better deal AND better results with Bridge Blond. Besides, why would I want to feel like another head on a conveyor belt being attended to by upwards of 4 different people, when I could have the personalized one-on-one service provided by this gem in Eastlake? You'll never feel rushed, and you'll never leave unhappy. I never have a problem finding parking any time of the day/week...so I have no cons to report.
Pros: Prices, Location, Atmosphere, Talent
Cons: Absolutely zero cons
Bridge Blond Salon has it all, a comfy, chic atmosphere, good service and friendly attitudes, and there is also a bowel of candy for a small treat:)
Compared to Seven Salon in downtown Seattle I would say that Bridge Blond Salon most definitely tops them. They are at different spectrums in style but service at Bridge Blond is much more pleasing. The stylists are not satisfied unless you are satisfied. They are very conversant and don't ignore you while styling or cutting your hair. They take pride in their work and want you to be proud of your hair as well.
My hair has never looked so good :)
Bridge Blond Salon is top in my book. If you want something laid-back, friendly and cool along with great service this is the place.
Pros: Good atmosphere, friendly, very thorough survice
Cons: In Greenlake, parking sometimes
Sierra is a Rock Star Hair Stylist! She turned my 18" mop of drab old mouse-brown hair into a glorious array of color that wasn't harmed by peroxide or chemicals. I told her I didn't like how drying the ususal coloring processes were. She did a little research and found the Glazes that don't have peroxide in them. My hair is so soft now. And the color lasts for 3-4 months.
One more thing. I've actually had hair stylists that have told me the color won't harm or dry my hair, only to find out 3 months down the road that it completely fried it. I asked Sierra the same question and she was the one that told me the truth about coloring. I know she won't tell me what I want to hear just to make a sale.
Pros: Service, Hospitality, Parking
