I have been coming to LIng's for at least 20 years! Whenever I want Chinese food, Ling's is the first place I think of. It is a cute little diner - nothing fancy, but clean. I usually get carry-out but have eaten in the diner many times. I have eaten at othere Chinese restaurants, but I like the taste of Ling's selections. The people behind the counter are always friendly. The food selections on the buffet are always being refreshed. I have recommended Ling's to many of my friends and family.

Pros: Convenient - Good Food - Good Service

Lings is a very clean, well maintained, buffet that is always fresh. I have ordered chicken fried rice for take out and it is always prepared fresh, not just taken from the buffet.
The prices are reasonable, the owners operate and are there cooking and attending to their customers. Love this place!

We used to live in the Milwaukee area. We now live three hours away and whenever we are heading back, we make sure we find a way to stop and eat there. The food is the best. The Old Fashion Chop Suey can't be beat. The cooking is done in veiw of the customers, showing they are proud of the food they serve. They are well worth the trip.

My girlfriend and I ordered out from Lings last night for the first time and found it to be the BEST Chinese food we have had in a long, long time. The egg rolls and fried wonton were crispy and VERY flavorful. The crab rangoons were also good, but a little short on cream cheese filling. Our meals were super fresh and outstandingly flavorful. The beef chop suey had an excellent brown gravy with lots of perfectly cooked veggies. Lynn added the peapods for a nice extra touch. The chicken almond ding was great with a generous helping of large, fresh and flavorful pieces of chicken, and a great combination of veggies. The prices were very reasonable, and the service was extraordinarily friendly. This is a great place, regardless of what that first reviewer said, and we will be ordering from Lings, a small family owned establishment where you can tell the owners take great pride in their business, every time we have a taste for Chinese food!

I've read two glowing reviews for this place and I just don't get it. The food was good but not any better or fresher than any other buffet I've had. We couldn't finish the eggrolls they were so greasy! And the buffet is tiny. There were only three groups there when we were there and we had to wait for egg rolls and sesame chicken. It's not a horrible place, but we won't be going back.

This is my favorite chinese restaurant. They have a lunch and dinner buffet. The prices are cheap and the food is FRESH. Every time a dish empties they refill it. You can see them cooking in the back. This is family owned and is always the friendly woman and her husband. Some of the dishes on the buffet at different times are Chicken Subgum, Ham Lo-mein, shrimp chop suey, beef and brocoli, chinese fried chicken, sesame chicken, egg drop soup, egg rolls, egg foo young, AND MORE. They have dine in or carry out. The carry out you have a choice of 2 or 3 items off the buffet. THIS IS REAL CHINESE COOKING NOT COMMERCIALIZED. yum yum.

PROS: Always fresh, friendly and clean,
CONS:
