    .

My kids started in May. Before Kindercare, my son disliked any educational experience related to reading or writing, Since Kindercare, my son "asked" me if he could take the extra classes they offer. I signed him up for phonics. He learned how to write his name in less than a month. He comes home at night and practices his letters and sings the songs he learned in music at the dinner table. Today on the way home, he begged to start "speaking funny" (Spanish). It brings tears to my eyes. Before Kindercare. my daughter was very clingy and whiny. She didn't like anyone but me and her dad really. Now, she runs to her room. The staff: OMG! My daughter hands her nuk to her teacher upon entrance cuz she knows it isn't allowed (by me) when not napping/in the car...whatever rules I set at home, the staff follow through on during the day. My son has asthma. He has a nebulizer treatment 2x/day. Our last provider would only give it to him if they had time. They have NEVER forgotten. ALL STAFF know exactly who I am. They greet us in the am (like they seriously put down whatever they are doing to make sure I don't have any directives to give for the day). When I pick my kids up, the teachers always ask me HOW MY DAY WAS. They take the time to talk about how the kids' day went. They don't put on that front that I have seen elsewhere. If there is a new staff, they approach me and introduce themselves! I love them. If it weren't poor boundaries, I would kiss and hug them to show them how much I appreciate them. As far as I am concerned, they are magic...and worth every penny. We are on a tight budget and don't get assistance so the fees were a large factor in our decision making process. I always said I would pay any amount of money for my children's education. Now is the time to put my money where my mouth is...and it is the tastiest bite yet.

Kindercare learning center is one of the best centers I've seen. It's a huge corporation in the states, and it has the resources to show for it. They offer spanish, phonics and music. They have a schedule that IS FOLLOWED everyday. It's great. I do agree it's pricey, but it's pricey for a reason.

This place is so high priced, you need to either be dirt poor and living off the government to have your child there, or have money coming out your ears. Everyone should be able to have their child at a safe and passionate facility. I don't get assistance but I work my pants off. It isn't fair.
