My family just went to see the new Batman movine and ended up walking out with about 20 minutes to go. The projector and or sound system was malfunctioning, but they continued to keep it going. Being unable to hear most of the dialogue and tolerating an annoying thumping noise in the sound system became to much to bear.
This is not the first time this has happened to us at this establishment, but it will be the last. I should have known there would be problems when they had problems with the intro portion of the film. They got it fixed, so thought we were home free....think again.
When we left, I looked up the manager, and they seemed very casual and said they "were working on it". Unfortunately, they probably never got it fixed before the movie ended. We were not the only ones who got up and left, despite losing the entry cost and two hours of the movie. NEVER AGAIN. I have never had this issue with any other theater in the last 40 years of movie going.

I've been going to Regal for a little over five years. For the most part, I have been more than satisfied. The place is not just clean, it's immaculate. The service has almost always been flawless, and the Regal Crown Club program is excellent for frequent viewers. The only really big problem they seem to have (and mysteriously have seemed to have for several years) is actually in the projectors. Granted, I have been there at least three or four hundred times. But I recall, just off the top of my head, well over a half a dozen visits in which my (and sometimes a hundred others') viewing experience was marred by a glitch in the sound system. Two days after "Episode II" came out, I remember coming to see it again, and at one of the movie's most pivotal moments, the sound went wonky and the dialogue got "scrambled". It lasted about two minutes, and the marred segment could not be replayed. Not bad for me, having seen it already, but VERY bad for someone just coming to see it for the first time!! When I saw "21 Grams", we spent the last half hour of the movie with the top 1/4 of the screen showing at the bottom. "Hide And Seek" cut out altogether at the halfway point, leaving us to go home with two "free movie" tickets. They deserve credit for attempting to make it up to us, but even still, time is impossible to give back, let alone gas money these days. 99% of my visits have been to matinee showings, which may have something to do with it.

PROS: Great service, great atmosphere, ALWAYS clean
CONS: Wonky projectors

Regal is a very nice theater. It is clean, has great parking, and easy access right off the highway. In the summer they even play two free kids movies a week as part of their family fun promotion.

Regal Cinema is a very well-kept and clean theater. It is quite large, inside and out. There is a huge parking lot. It is easy to find because it is right off highway 41. Even better, Tuesday and Thursday mornings in the summer they offer two free movies for kids and families (each movie is at the same time, but the two are same all week).

Plenty of movie theatres with lots of show times, so you have many choices. Lots of parking and a large area inside to wait in line for tickets -- which is especially nice in bad weather. Choices at the snack bar are good and, most important, include Coke products instead of Pepsi.

PROS: Coca Cola products
CONS:

They have a great location just off the highway. They are easy to find and have ample parking. They always have the lates movies showing in a nice, new, clean building.
