The office staff and initial interview for client services person/people are very good. They keep me involved and appraised of any changes in staff or times.

I've been through several changes in staff from Independent Living Resources. One person just couldn't do the work (mopping floors, cleaning blinds, vacuuming, changing bed) right (she'd mop around a throw rug) and ILS changed staff right away. They're excellent about this. The next girl was pretty good but she went on to school and I got another staff member. She was pretty good too but ended up not showing up for work here and other places. I asked a friend to please apply and she did... but she went back to school too. I have a young woman now that's pretty good --- she tries hard and is easy to get along with.

Overall I would rate Independent Living Resources as one of the best around --- but then again I've only had two agencies all together. I don't want to change. At least their staff try and are pretty good!

Thanks ILR.

PROS: Flexible
CONS: changes in staff
