e my sister n i both ordered dinet sets, she ordered a set of twin beds with hers and i ordered a sofa table. the delivery date was set for the following wednesday, they clled to say that they were having trouble with the delivery truck, the delivery date would be on early friday morning between 9am and noon, finally they answered we talked to lena, she tld us that she never gave us a time of delivery but that the truck was being loaded up now and should be at our house in the next 1 1/2, i made sure i called the sales man we dealt with JOSEPH, he told me he has nothing to do with delivey, i told him we were gettin the run around and treated unprofessinally, then time came and went by. 3:30 we started clling the company, kept getting busy signals or no answer, finally the truck arrived @ our home, only to find that I was missin my table top to my dinet set, my sister was missin bed rails, now we are @ the mercy of this company. So we went ahead and with our future plans, only to find when we arrived home @ 2:30am that satmorning that the company arrived to deliver the rest of our furniture @ 8:30pm that night, and when I walked into my apartment, I found my table laying stretched out across my dining rm floor fully UNASSEMBLED, i was outragged. Soon as the company was opened I clled JOSEPH, he was very unapoligatic. HE KEPT MAKING EXCUSES LIKE, didn't you read the sign over my head, $50.00 FOR SET UP ON FURN, I told him i wanted my money back, HE EXCLAIMED THERE IS A NO REFUND POLICY, AND HE COULD NOT HEP ME, THIS KIND OF STUFF HAPPENS ALL THE TIME WITH FURNR, HOW HE ORIGINALLY HAD A SET UP CREW THEY QUIT BECUZZ OF THE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT, I TOLD HIM I DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT, THAT, I WANTED A REFUND HE EXPLAINED THAT HE WASN'T GIVING ME ONE. I TOLD HIM I WOULD LET EVERY THAT ASK ME ABOUT THIS COMPANY SURELY NO THAT THEY ARE A UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING AND HAD VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. SOO PLEZZZZ PASS THE WORD. DOOO NOT SHOP HERE PLEZZZZZZZZ

this is a very very unproffesional place. i ordered my furniture ( a kitchen table, dresser and chest for my kids, and a BR set for me) on a wed. and they told me it would be in on fri. a 1:00 p.m. Friday came and 1:00 went by. I called back they said it will be there in 1 hr(after they had to look for my receipt for 15 minutes). It didnt come till 9:00 p.m. when it came they brought the wrong bed for my room, no kitchen table, and no dresser and chest for my kids and said it was on back order, after they told me earlier they had it. i went in the next day they apologized for the screw up, charged me more for the bed i really asked for and said it will be there in 3 business days. 3 days turned to 6 and they came again at 4:00p.m. (they were supposed to be there at 12). they were missing half my bed and my kids dresser they said they "forgot" they said they'll be back at 7:00 im still waiting and it is after 9:00 p.m. this is a horrible business and im looking to retuen everything and get my money back. do not shop here!!!

An employee at Best Quality called me and told me my bedroom set was in and we setup a delivery time and date. Well, i sat and waited for nearly four hours, with no delivery. When I called I was told that all of my pieces were not in and that they would not be delivering it. No one even bothered to call and let me know. I asked to speak with the owner-Salah (not sure of spelling). I told him I would be on vacation and that I would call when I returned to set up another date. When I came back I set up set up Sat. at 8:00 am with Salah to have everything delivered. When I called Best Quality at 9:30 am I was told by the person in the store that they were just opening and that they never deliver anything before 9:30 am. I decided to give them until noon and if it wasn't delivered I was going to go get a refund. As I was just about to leave at 12:20 pm the delivery guys came. The owner is either a compulsive liar or he is crazy. Oh, did forget to mention the free gift that he promised and that I never received for all of my trouble. Save yourself some time and a huge headache and stay away from this store.
