After 15 years of going to this restaurant, I had the worst experience I've ever had from an owner. Went around 5:30 PM and the place was near empty. Purchased the all you can eat option. The owner observed me go to the Crab legs section 3 times and on the 3rd trip he stopped me and said "He was loosing money on me" and that "I should not come back"! Thought he was joking, but he was serious. I told our server what the owner had said and she was shocked and saddened as I've always treated the waits staff well and they remembered me and my friend. I left the 3rd small stack of legs at the bar where the owner sat and said never mind. Another server came up and expressed shock over what the owner had said. Told her that this was the last time we'd be coming here with this owners attitude toword his customers.
For some reason, I never eat at Chinese restaurants, it's always take out. I will only order from China Gourmet. Their menu is huge and includes a ton of vegetarian dishes. By the way, the veggies are always very fresh! They don't use any msg at all, which is a big reason why I like them. Delivery is quick and the prices are rather inexpensive.
