Guaranty Bank

PERSONALLY THINK THIS BANK WILL BE ONE OF THE NEXT TO BE SHUT DOWN! KEEP YOUR MONEY OUT OF THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS OR YOU MAY LOSE IT!

When you place money into a bank account, you expect to have access to your money, but this IS NOT THE CASE AT THIS BANK! If you try and deposit a business to business check that is NOT EXACT, THEY REFUSE TO PROCESS IT! Then your business IS FORCED to go back to the business you provided a service to, AND ASK THEM TO CUT YOU A NEW CHECK! CAN YOU IMAGINE? WOW! PROFESSIONALISM AT IT'S BEST!

FOR EXAMPLE, if your name is Elizabeth on your account, Guaranty bank REFUSES TO CASH Business checks if they only reflect "Liz" or "Beth!" Can you imagine? So you know, they are corrupt and there is something behind this, and I am expecting this bank to FAIL one of these days.

Or if your name on your account is "MICHAEL", all your checks NEED TO HAVE Michael on it! Guaranty Bank in Milwaukee REFUSES TO CASH CHECKS IF YOUR CHECKS HAVE THE NAME "MIKE" ON THEM! Can you imagine?

If you like rude, unfriendly, and a continual flow of trainees, you need not look any further, and you will find these at this bank. If you want and expect professionalism, and honesty with your money, you will NOT find it here! Expect to get ripped off by this bank!

Personally, as a former customer and account holder, I expect them to be closed very soon.... It's safer to hide your money in a tin can in your back yard then place money in this bank...

... either the building hours need to be extended or the drive-though needs to be re-vamped! We went here once at 5:30, so going inside was not an option, since it was closed. The drive-though line was all the way out on 27th street, and we drove around so we would not be in the street, blocking traffic. The other drivers in the line would not let us in, which was upsetting because we'd been waiting 10+ minutes longer than they had!
The staff here is great, though, and always friendly.
Great bank, but change your hours or move your drive-through to the other side!
