The only comment we would have is that the delivery people said they would call when they were on their way, they did not, they just showed up. Was a good thing we were home!

We bought our hot tub here because there are few competitors in this area. The Viking line was a major reason for our purchase. Being able to see the spas and try them for size is another.

Your salesman, Jeremy completely sold us on your product. Before meeting him, your product was in third place out of three. Jeremy's ability to answer our questions and reveal to us the quality of your product won us over.

We were referred there by someone. Liked the products in the store and he prices. The salesman did a great job, so we purchased on the spot after looking at several other places over the last few weeks.

I felt that I was offered the best value. The salesperson knew I was on a budget, but was still able to offer me a quality pool at a wonderful price. My children and I appreciate the gesture and we will continue to do business with you

You had the product we wanted at a great price and the salesperson was very helpful. The only problem that the delivery is not a true installation and leaves things for the buyer to do like attaching the top properly and the wrong colored

I purchased a pool from Allied Pools in June 2010 after lengthy discussions w/ one in the sales dept. I walked in uneducated, just wanting a pool. I heard, "We'll set you up w/ the installer, just get your permit". I was quoted an install price of "around $2500 for your type of pool". The first quote I received was for $4850, then he returned my calls about 3-4 days after receiving mine-dropped him after my install date was pushed back for the third time (This was not an Allied installer). During all of this I run into permit issues w/ my county. Keep in mind that the pool was purchased w/ the salesman knowing my permit status-I didn't have one! But he said that was no big deal to get. Well I found out differently. In a nutshell, I have a 1.5 acre corner lot with no room, per the county, to put a 16X32' pool. I called my sales rep and told him of the problem. He said that he'd talk to the owner and get back to me. He never did, but I tracked him down to hear "you can't return the pool". He told me I could email the owner, and said that the owner only communicates through email. I emailed. His response..."You elected to purchase the pool at this time. No one forced you to. You could have simply got up and left the store" This came after me questioning why I couldn't return the pool. I completely would have understood a 10%-20% restock fee, and this was a $12,000 pool. Nope. I got, and I quote, "I will be as blunt as possible. We are not taking the pool back." This was from the owner, David Murray. I'm thrilled David hides behind the email now-I can share his exact words. The bottom line is that Allied Pools' owner is greedy and only wants to kick out as many pools as he can, without providing any post-purchase service. I have to also mention that I thought it was somewhat funny that my sales rep had to call David for the answer to just about every question I had. He must be great to work for. Anyways, Anyone want a pool? :)

I bought a 30' above ground pool package which included installation from Allied Pools back in 2005. I was promised professional installation by Allied's installation company Mainstream Inc. Mainstream surveyed the site and did all the excavation charging me extra for additional digging. The pool was installed and major problems were apparent. The pool had numerous folds, creases, and wrinkles. It had a 4' wide moat around it when it rained. It took numerous calls and trips to Allied to get them to attempt to fix. The second install in 2006 was worse than the first. The installers walked away from the install without finishing claiming it was a drainage problem that I needed to correct not their problem! They left the liner without cutting holes for the skimmer or filter. I tried to correct and they still refused to finish the install. The pool is unusable as it sits. It is now Dec 2009. Dave Murray, Allieds owner refused to speak with me. I filed complaints with BBB, Wisconsin Consumer Protection Agency, and tried the local news all of which hit roadblocks for various reasons. It now sits in Waukesha Circuit Court. These companies don't stand by their products or service. During my complaint with the BBB, Dave Murray even refused to respond to calls from the local Better Business Bureau until their status was threatened to be downgraded. I wouldn't recommend either company to anyone. I have pictures at www.avoidaheadache.com with more info.

Bought a 30' above ground pool with installation from Allied Pools back in April 2005. I was promised professional installation but what I received was anything but professional. Pool delivered with wrong parts, installation with huge drainage problems (4 foot wide moat), and a liner with dozens of folds, wrinkles, and creases some 6 feet long! I received nothing but excuses for the poor install and in 2006 Allied finally agreed to try to fix the liner with a new one. The problem is that this install was worse than the first and they left without finishing the installation, no skimmer or water return holes cut. I tried everything including the Better Business Bureau which Allied cut off contact with until their status was threatened! Dave Murray( Allied's owner) won't speak with customers and even refused to speak with the BBB. It's almost 2010 and the pool still sits unusable and the case is pending in Waukesha Circuit court. Allied and their installation company, Mainstream, are the worst companies I have had the misfortune to deal with. I did receive an offer to have them take the pool back but for less than what I paid them! Not to mention all the other related cost I would lose. In 2007, they agreed to try another fix but only if I signed a release stating I was satisfied with their install, remove BBB complaint, and acknowledge this is the last liner (fix) Allied will do no matter how it turned out! This had to be signed before any work would be done! I refused to sign and Allied left leaving me an unusable pool! Feel free to ask management about this case for I believe they are all aware of it. Mainstream's owner, Phil Swaine was who I dealt with and he would be a good person to ask questions to for he was a big reason for this making it to Circuit Court!

We purchased an outside table and chairs set from here. It is constructed out of cast aluminum which does not rust. Its great we cover it in the winter and it has no rust on it. The staff is very nice and helpful and when we purchased it they had a very nice sale.

We got our pool table through Allied Pools. They have a great selection, and we were very happy with everything. The delivery was smooth, the salespeople were very nice and we haven't had any problems with it thus far. The price was very reasonable, and they also have a great location. Check them out...they aren't just a place for spas.
