I brought 2 pairs of expensive jeans here to be hemmed. They did such a good job I didn't even think she had done the work. She is awesome at doing a European hem! They looked exactly as though I had bought them in the store. LOVE THIS PLACE! No, they are not fancy... but she is wonderful at what she does. In fact, I am bringing another pair of pants there today. I think $15 is well worth not ruining my pants because I am short. Yes, it takes a week, but the work is outstanding service and wonderful finished product!

I had a very bad experience with Fastitch!

I took in two bridesmaid dresses. One from a wedding I stood up in last year. I just wanted that one shorted, so it could wear it again since I spend $140 dollars on it. The other one was a, really fancy designer dress, for a wedding coming up this fall. I wanted them to take in the top and have some of the length taken off.

It took at little over two weeks, okay fine.... I can deal with that, but when I picked up my dress it was still way to big! I almost wonder if they did anything to it...

Well... stupid me didn't try on the other one, since they were not supposed to touch the top and only take the off length. Well they took off the top and now it doesn't fit!

I took the other dress to another seamstress and it had to have 4 inches taken off the top, yeah thats how big it was after fastich did the alterations. The back is so low you can't wear a bra with it, so it if it didn't fit right for the wedding I was going to be flashing everyone all night! Also after the top was taken in that 4 inches it was clear that they took to much length off. I asked the seamstress what she could do and she said nothing that I was just going to have to bend my knees for pictures, so it looks the way it should!

Nightmare...Nightmare...Nightmare!

They're not fast, the quality is very poor and they're very expensive!

Not worth it! Go somewhere else!

I have brought many of my little and big stitching projects here which includes zipper repairs, patching work and alterations. They are very affordable and extremely fast. Each time I've needed a zipper repaired, they fix it while I wait about 2 minutes.

I take my little fix it jobs here because it's right in the same building as my drycleaner. I can't say the staff is particularly excellent when it comes to counter service, but the rates are fair, and the work for the most part holds up. I've had a few seams not hold up on pants, but I am very hard on my cuffs I think with my high heels. I'd say they're okay, but with some improved customer relations, could rate higher for me.

This is the best place to go for repairs on leather. They repair zippers on about everything, like tents and boat covers. They also sew patches on uniform clothes. They will sew and fix men and womens clothing. They fix just about any and everthing here. They do a wonderful job,the prices are a little high but worth it.The parking is good too.
