I was just in for some required, out of warranty service. Well, my salesman, Douglas, came into the waiting room to "just say hello." We began talking, and I explained that my bill may be quite hefty. He informed me that he would speak with his father, Max, and see if The Met could pay for the service if I were to trade in the vehicle for a newer one. Nonetheless, I left with a lower payment, AND did not have to pay for service. Simply amazing.

I really cannot believe these earlier responses. Whenever I have had a problem, the owner, Max, was willing to talk about it and resolve it immediately. I love the ability to talk to the boss and not deal with these out of town owners who are never around. I have dealt with other local dealers. They seemed more worried about making a sale than me, THE CUSTOMER. The Met not only gave me a great price, but they truly care about me knowing my new big purchase.

This dealership installed parts incorrectly/not to manufacturer specs on my car and when they failed under warranty, they would not replace them. Plus they are very arrogant, I would highly suggest going elsewhere!!!!

Horrible service!! Every time they gave me an estimate I took my car to another service center for a second opinion and was always quoted at least half the price. They are unfriendly and over charge. Save your money and time, go somewhere else
