If you need to get a haircut right away KB Kuts is a great place to go to. No appointments are needed but if you want a certain stylist to cut your hair it's better to make an appointment. Prices are very reasonable.

I decided to try this hair stylist business because it was close to home and convient for me. I wanted to get my hair done up for my senior prom. I went in there, and I waited about 10 minutes for my stylist to attend to me. I think her name was christina or christi, I am not sure, but I know that there were two ladies there with the same name. The lady that did my hair had long, straight, blonde hair and talked about her kid constantly when doing my hair. I asked her for a updo with some curls and to have some framing pieces on the side to highlight my face. The end result was a high bun, with few curls and straight strands that looked greasy and lifeless to the side. When I saw the end result I was horrified and promptly asked her to redo my hair. She seemed hurt that I did not appreciate the updo, and quickly began tugging at my hair, pulling multiple strands out. She started to stick numerous bobby pins in to try to make the curls spread out and look better but that only made things worse. It took over an hour and half for her to fix it enough that I could leave the salon. It cost me over $36 and I left her a $1 tip for her inadequate service. I was very embarrassed about my hair style, but thankfully that didn't affect my prom as much as anticipated. But, I would never recommend this salon to anyone because the price was high and the quality was lacking.
