FALL TUNE-UP WORK

    .

I've found that Autozone usually had a good stock of common items - tune up items, minor engine, trim - but seem to be much more oriented to non-mechanical items than needed for my work.

The prices were good, compared to Napa especially, but that's because they seem to be selling items from brands on the low end of the quality spectrum - meaning, "You get what you pay for."

Cheaper usually does mean lower quality and you don't want cheaper - for example, ball joints from one vendor will cost you half the price and last half as long too. If you don't mind doing the work twice as often, go ahead and get the cheaper brand.

PROS: Good location, some items good stock
CONS: Lower prices mean lower quality parts, always too busy
