I purchased a used vehicle from hiller when I test drove it I heard an exhaust leak they stated it would be taken care of, at the time if purchased the sales man stated it was fixed. I then took the vehicle home and upon arrival I heard the noise so I took the vehicle back and it has been there thee weeks now I got a call back stating it was fixed. Upon arrival I started the vehicle and the noise is still present. Now the service manager don and GM Wayne stated they are not sticking any more money into the vehicle because there is nothing wrong with it. So I took it to russ darrow mazda were they confirm it was an exhaust leak very polite service advisors. I then contacted the GM Wayne from hiller and stated he did not care what russ darrow stated and was not sticking any more money and demanded the vehicle title back, he is very unprofessional and disrespectful horrible business.

I went to Hiller to test drive a Ford Focus. Pat Lietzke gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. I was quoted a great price on the vehicle. I have not purchased yet, as I am looking into a fusion or taurus instead. I can't wait to come back for my next test drive.

Jeff Inwood did a great job helping me find my first car. He didnt push me or my dad to buy a certain car. He was also very personable and I felt like he really wanted to help find the perfect car for me which he did! He let us test drive the car where ever we wanted to go so you could really get a feel for how the car drove and operated. Car buying can be a very exciting, yet grueling experience. Waiting for hours to find out if they've come close to the deal you are looking for can be quite painful. However, such was not the case at Hiller Ford. Dan Napierala, my salesman, was extremely pleasant, knowlegdeable, and went out of his way to make sure that I got the deal that I wanted to put me in my new car painlessly. My wife and I went in about 3 weeks ago to look at a Ford 150 with the intent of leasing within the next 30 days. We test drove a Lariet which was absolutely awesome but did not want to spend that much on a monthly basis. We told Jeff we would be back to test driver another one a few weeks later so we could determine if it would fit in the garage, luckily it did!! We really wanted a Red Candy Metallic one which was located within minutes at another dealership. We also wanted a "tanto cover" which Jeff worked out and included in the monthly payment, it is really sharp. Jeff did a great job, no pressure and very easy to work with. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking to deal with a down to earth, honest salesman.

So here it is, the last week of Dec., 2010. I'm on vacation, just hanging around, and my wife works 3rd.shift. We were not in the market to buy a new car. My daughters car broke down. I took it to Hiller to get repaired. After estimates and options I had come to the conclusion that it was not worth repairing, that it would cost more than the car was worth. I had disscussed all this with my wife and she had sugguessted (in jest) that we should buy a new car, and give one of our cars (for a small fee of course) to our daughter. My daughter was game for this. She would be getting a car that I am familar with and has all the service records. We've never owned a new car before. My wife was shocked when I replied to her that that was not a half bad idea, with being the end of the year, rebates, 0% interest and all, I figured that now was a good time to buy. We,ve owned many used cars, and they are difficult to shop for to find the right one, not knowing where they've been. After searching the internet for vehicles and dealerships, I decided to give Hiller a chance. A service advisor tried to put me in contact with a particular salesman, and when he was not available, I got stuck with Jeff Inwood. (Just kidding Jeff.) Jeff was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, kind, a real boy scout, no high pressure, let me make my own decisions without any persuasion on his behalf, didn't try to talk me into more of a higher end vehicle or a higher trim level or with more options on the vehicle that I was interested in, but really worked at trying to put me into the vehicle that I wanted. After three days of decision making, showing my wife the the vehicle that I was interested in for her, a little negoiating, using my daughters car as a trade, letting my wife pick out the color, we came to a deal. We are now the proud owners of a brand new 2011 Ford Escape XLT from Hiller Ford, of which we took delivery on 12/31/10. The finance part of it at Hiller went well too. Made an appointment with Jeff a week later to have the vehicle Simonized, and Jeff took good care of us again, having this done in one day and lining up a courtsey car for us to use in the mean time. I like the idea that Hiller Ford is family owned. You get a real sense of belonging and participation, that you'er not just a number. A couple of things though. They need to get a car wash, and somebody could have at least offered us a soda for all the time that we spent there. All in all though, I believe that we received a good deal and a good vehicle from a good dealership and good service from Jeff and his cohorts. Buying a new vehicle seemed less stressfull than I had anticipated, being that this is the most money that we have ever spent on a car. But I'll know where this car has been. Buying from Hiller Ford and getting to work with Jeff Inwood was a sound decision. It was a win-win-win-win situation for me. My wife got our first new car, my daughter got a dependable used car from us, I saved a few bucks, Jeff and Hiller made new loyal customers out of my wife and I for now. And only time, waranty and continued good service will tell. Keep up the good work and we'll be back. We were very satisfied with every aspect of Hiller Ford and Jeff Inwood and his team. I was in the process of buying a car at Hiller Ford and my experience was horrific. I originally went to go test drive a Saturn and the car wouldnt go in reverse. The car dealer assisting us that day didnt even go in the car to figure out what was wrong and see if he could fix it. I called back about three days later to see if they fixed the problem and the person who I spoke to didnt even know that there was a problem with it. They eventually had the problem fixed, and by this point a different car dealer was starting to take care of me. Her name was Pam, and she was one of the best people I've ever worked with. She is the only reason I'm giving this place a star. She assured me that she would make sure the car was going into the shop to figure out what was wrong with the car not going in reverse. About two days later she called and told me the reverse was fixed, but that the car was going back to the shop for a couple days to fix a tear in the seat. When that second day came she told me it wasn't going to be done untill the middle of the following week. When she said the car was out of the shop, I went to take it for a test drive. During the test drive, I discovered that the moonroof didnt work. Pam told me that the car would go back in the shop to repair the sunroof, but she wasn't sure how long it would take. I went to Hiller Ford the next day to see if the moonroof was fixed, only to find out that the car had been sold about an hour earlier. I understand that the dealership had the right to show the car to anyone, but they could have at least given me a call as soon as the car was repaired so I had a chance of buying it, especially after making me wait for over two weeks to have everything repaired. I have no complaints about Pam as she was extremely helpful and was the only person I dealt with that seemed to care. However, I am very unsatisfied with my experience at Hiller Ford overall. I think it was extremely unprofessional of them to put out a car that had problems, especially as big of a problem as not being able to go in reverse. My biggest frustration is that I waited for several weeks to have this car fixed up and then have them turn around and sell it to someone else without even giving me a call informing me that the car was back on the lot. I would not reccomend Hiller Ford to anyone.
