The furniture is overpriced. BUT they have a large selection of kids' clothes and the kids toys are not overpriced.

I have to agree, the prices are outrageous. As much as I'd like to help a good cause while shopping, I found a fairly decent couch but it was $500! I can buy really nice, new couches for that price. The other couches were also way too high. Not sure where they get their pricing strategy but with so many other second hand stores, they need to be a bit more reasonable.

I have been to a lot of consignment/thrift shops over the years, and had only recently moved to West Bend when i stopped at St Vincent DE Paul. While the mission of the store is great, all of the items are EXTREMELY overpriced. I was shopping for furniture for my new apartment and was willing to spend a little bit more for quality pieces. Many of the furniture pieces I found were well over $100 and in poor condition (large scratches, missing knobs, stuck drawers, chunks of wood taken out of the side, etc.). These were not antique pieces and definitely should not have been priced this high. Overall, good mission, horrible prices.
