I have been going to Capital Fitness for about 9 months. The weight equipment is good and I've never had a problem getting an open cardio machine. The cardio machines also have individual TVs. The spinning room however is small and the bikes are outdated. They are expanding and adding another facility on W. Washington so hopefully soon the bikes with improve along with the addition of a pool. The location is great if you live or work downtown. Once the other location is open, I would give it 4 stars, but for now 3.

This is the gym I usually go to in order to work out. The management has done a good job in renovating the facility and maintaining the equipment. A little pricey, though, but good location.
