This is a great place for the young and old. They take children starting at age 4.They have a free introductory course which is nice to see if you think you will like it.You learn self esteem concentration and self discipline and self defense too.It also reliefs stress,it is american style martial arts. They have very good teachers and very neat and clean. They have plenty of parking too.

I was a little apprehensive about trying martial arts, but after my first day at the studio I wished I had started years sooner. The teachers are excellent and all the people there are great. Everyone is really supportive and welcoming. Adults and children have separate classes, so adults don't have to feel self-conscious about learning with ""a bunch of kids."" But if a family wants to take class together, they can. It's affordable and is one of the best things I've ever done.
