2 month old furniture is falling apart. They will not return calls or emails-only emailed to say it is our fault and they do not take returns. No warranty???? I've never heard of that. Cushions have rips on seams, fabric on chsions is sagging and very poor construction. Should last years, not months. Now we are out almost 900.00 and need a new sofa!

TERRIBLE! RUN, DON'T WALK AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!! Bought a mattress at the Waukesha store back in June. It was supposed to be a firm and after 30 days it is already sagging in the middle!!! It is clearly defective!!! They won't return my phone calls, have left messages for three different people. The technician who came to the house even agreed it shouldn't be sagging like it is. The poorest customer service I have ever experienced!

Worst Customer Service I have ever received as a consumer. Management just did not care about my complaint of a couch that was not what I ordered and the one that showed up was had a broken recliner. Started with a sales person who lied, Randy in Kenosha on up through management who did not care that he screwed up. Never, Never will buy from Steinhafels again.Only giving one star as one customer care person tried to help but was told not to and she called me from her home to tell me this.

My husband and I have just recently submitted yet another service call to the Steinhafels Mattress department. We began this mess two years now this April, and this will be our 3rd official replacement mattress from them. When does it end? Just refund the whole amount to the customer, 3 strikes and your out!

We recommended Steinhafels to my son and his wife when they bought furniture for their first home. Their experience was awful. End tables and a coffee table were delivered damages. An entertainment center was delivered three times before it was finally one that wasn't damaged. The back support in their couch let go after about a month and had to be repaired. We have both contacted Steinhafels' customer service department and have not received a satisfactory response. My son works a 12 hour second shift, and the numerous delivery dates to re-deliver the repaired furniture caused him to lose hours at work and sleep. The only offer Steinhafels made to him was a $100 gift card. I received no response to my letters to them. If as they advertise, they treat their customers like family, they must have a really dysfunctional family.

Any kind of furniture you are looking for you will find the biggest selection of quality, name brand furniture here. Every store has an amazing showroom.... with things arranged as you could imagine in your own home. They constantly are having sales so you can re-do an entire room. See it layed out with all the accessories. They will tell you what lamp goes best with which tables, etc. They also have an entire "clearance center" so you can save even more money. Saving money is one of the criteria I have for recommending anything.
