As an interior designer in the Milwaukee market, Dublin Contractors has been amazing to work with. I have worked with them on large scale and small scale projects, residential to commercial. Every project they bring their A game. They are cost effective and VERY knowledgeable. I have worked with many painting contractors in the area and they are far superior in skill level and professionalism. You will not be disappointed with this company.

As a property manager with 20 years experience I can not say enough good things about this company. In my 7 years of experience with them at a large condominium complex I never experienced a real problem. A contractor who just does what he says he will do is considered gold by a manager. This company goes beyond the call of duty to please a client. The owner is hands-on and at the job site daily or several times a week. The employees are clean, polite and respectful. It is their trademark that very little outside supervision is necessary. When newly painted windows had to be left open to dry a few homeowners complained of dust. The company owner arranged the clean-up himself at no cost to the associations. It was not his responsibility to do so. This was only one of my pleasant surprises in dealing with this company. Rare problems or call-backs were always handled professionally. Their workmanship, efficiency and promptness were alway exceptional.

We hired these guys to paint the inside of our house. They told us it would take six business days. It took 13 (that's business days), and when they were done, there were still problems with the job. They didn't want to paint the trim, even though it was in our contract, and gave us a very hard time before they eventually agreed to fulfill the terms of our written contract. They told us that caulking seams was not included in ""preparation and painting"" leading to an unprofessional looking job before I finally just caulked and repainted myself.\r\nAdditionally, they knew we had an open house coming up to try to sell our house. We told them of the date weeks before. They mismatched the paint that they used for one touch-up / repair, and I had to re-paint the entire area myself the night before before the open house because their worker never showed up to complete the repair. They left multiple areas of trim looking unfinished and unprofessional, and I had to fix them myself. Although the house eventually ended up looking good. They were in a big hurry to get us to sign a contract, but then took two of the three guys off the job after a couple of days and therefore took more than double the time to finish than what was contracted. This pushed back the carpeting guys, the cleaners, and eventually the open house.\r\nThe workers were nice enough and professional, except when they "" touched up "" areas with mismatched paint, and refused to admit it was a mismatch.\r\n\r\nI was very unsatisfied with the job they did. I had to redo substantial portions myself, which was not the point of hiring these so called professionals.
