west allis store had a female employee pretend to be the manager after she and another employeeade a mistake that was her way to cover of up called corporate they have not got back to me no suprise do not recomend this place to anyone

I received such rude service by the staff here including the management (Erica Zimmerman) it could go down in legend, missing eyewear and contacts, derogatory behavior my staff who were very complacent in their ignorance and went so far as to try to blame ME for their bungling idiocies concerning missing paperwork. It was like a sublime comedy watching these self-centered clowns stumble all over each other I finally had to contact the corporate office in another state to fix the numerous errors. I never received the promo I was promised. It took 3 additional weeks for my lenses to arrive (by mail, I insisted) I would not recommend that these ppl get commission sales due to the lackluster efforts put forth by them and I would NEVER suggest anyone put their eyes in the care of these idiots.
