this place is one of the worst places to buy or maintain a car. if you scroll down the reviews you will find the words "dishonest" and "deceitful" over and over again. if you still wana gamble and go there, look closely to the carfax or print your own, it might come up totally different. never talk to the service people because their mission is to sell you more stuff that your vehicle in no need for. they can lie to you, then when you confront them, they will lie again or turn rude. crook's tactic always viable here.

Boyland Honda was the most dishonest and deceitful dealer we have ever done business with. Not only was the salesperson deceitful and told outright lies about things he was including with the vehicle, but so was the "manager" or whatever the sleazeball is that runs the place. If you don't want to get ripped off go somewhere else!!!

If I could, I would rate in the negative numbers. I was given a price for a Honda CRV. I told the sales rep that I was going to pay cash. I was ready to purchase but after 3 hours in the dealership, the General Manager said that he would NOT SELL it to me for that price. I had to pay several hundred dollars more or I would have to finance it.

Later I called the owner & the owner said that he would give me $100 if I financed it and then I could immediately pay off the loan & the dealership could still get their incentive $ from Honda.

Run away as fast as you can from this dealership, they lied to me and tried to cheat Honda out of their finance charges.

Would never take my car for service at that dealership again. Very unfriendly and very bad service staff. From my bad experience with them, they never care about the costumers at all.
Unfortunately I learned about their bad customer service after I had to deal with their service staff specially the service manager who is the worst. Lucky now I found much better car shop that I get a much better service there.
Service manager should be replaced in order for that business to stay. in addition to that they were never honest and rip off. If you take your car to get one thing fixed, they will damage something else so they get more money out of your wallet.
My recommendation is not to take your car for service at that dealership shop.

we bought a new 2010 accord ex v6 and had no issues with the sales staff we dealt with pete stein who did not pressure us into anything, we were given the TRUE MARKET VALUE for the car and got 1.9% financing i took my other honda in for some recall work and it took about 45 min they washed the car and was pleasant to deal with

I bought my car and purchased a warranty with it. They claimed to have sold me the wrong warranty but never informed me of this, instead they kept my money until I discovered it on my own. The G.M I delt with has the worst customer service skills to say the least. 2 weeks of dealing with them and only one returned phone call and no resolution. The people that work there do nothing but give out empty promises and lie straight to your face about everything. By far the worst dealership!

I just bought my new Honda Fit from Boyland Honda. I received an amazing price through a Truecar quote and was not sure that they would really honor it or come up with an excuse why it wasn't valid (as another dealership had done). They DID honor the price, which I really appreciated. I also received amazing service! My sales representative, Jos Rodriguez, was wonderful! In addition, all the staff that I interacted with were friendly, and they bent over backwards to make my experience convenient and enjoyable. Everyone was courteous and kind to me. Russ, the sales mgr, did an excellent job and made this deal happen. The process is long but necessary. Sue, the finance mgr, did a great job too. It was excellent. I have in the past and will again recommend the dealer.

* That's 10 stars for this dealership. We are extremely pleased with the purchasing experience we had with our 2010 Ridgeline. We went in ""just looking"" for a vehicle to accomodate our needs. I had been in the market for a new car for a few weeks now. I started out online to get most of the pricing and comparisons laid out without a lot of legwork. I then started visiting local dealerships to get a good feel for the group of cars I was interested in. I drove five cars from different manufacturers before I stopped by Boyland Honda. Upon my arrival, I noticed a lot full of new Hondas and quite a few really nice used cars. I hadn't thought of possibly buying a used car but once I saw the quality, it could have definitely been a possibility.

Chris Williams greeted me with a warm welcome to his dealership and listened to my expectations. He worked with his managers to get me the deal I was looking for and made the transition easier than ever before. He also showed me around the dealership and introduced me to the people that would take care of the service on my new Accord. It's the little things that count!

I noticed that a good majority of online reviews were focused on the negative side of these businesses. I wanted to break the cycle and give thanks where it's due. Boyland Honda went over and above their calling for great customer service. I will be sure to recommend all of my coworkers, family members as well as members of my parish. I love my new Honda and I hope Chris is a Sales Associate there for a LONG TIME!

We thought they were overcharging for their services so we said do not fix our car we will go elswhere. they proceed to take apart the whole dash and then left it laying on the front seat not even putting it back together....and never even beginning to charge the battery which they said was the cause of our problem in the first place. be advised if your car does not start and locks up the shift it could be just a low battery...we found out the hard way, and why even take apart the dash if the cause of not starting was the battery...more cash in your pocket perhaps? dont go there I give it no stars..........and will go elsewhere next time...with my husband having a heart condition and recent prostate cancer......he did not need their attitude

Not just a low battery The issue was that you did not tell us your friend jump started the vehicle crossing the positive and negative poles causing serious issues. Then you replaced fuses with the wrong amps in the wrong spots. Had you been upfront and honest (instead of trying to get warranty coverage), we could have saved a lot of time and money. Refusing to pay the costs of the technician's hours and all the diagnostics, you advised us to not touch anything and you'll take the car back.

I purchased a 2006 Honda vehice from them with 40,000 miles and a bumper to bumper warranty to 50,000 miles and powertrain to 70,000. I paid 16K for the car, and after only 2 months and less than 2000 miles I had transmission shifting issues. They would not warranty vechicle due to prior owner abuse. I had to get another loan for $1975.00 for the repairs! GM of boyland told me buyer beware and we do not have to do anything for you!! Do not go there.

Each person promised different things to convince me to purchase the vehicle after I paid for the vehicle all of the promises where reneged. I was even told that the vehicle had been through the Honda certification process and that the vehicle had passed the Honda certification and used car checks. But when I test drove the vehicle I found that the entertainment system was not working. When I asked to see the checks that was done as part of the Honda certification, they could not produce any documentation to prove the same. This convinced me that I was being lied to about the check and the certification. Be leery of all dealer claims and promises.

I purchased a new vehicle from them a few days ago and am amazed by what I read here.I guess if you have a good experience, most people won't take the time to type it out on websites like this. If you have a bad experience, which I could see is also brought on by customers like myself, we tend to be more vindictive and will take the extra steps to let everyone know.I am very happy with my purchase and the personnel that helped me. Although I am a rare breed to take the time to type this out, Boyland Honda will be the only dealership I purchase my vehicles from.

horrible seriously horrible. i own a honda accord and i got it fixed from them once. i live about a mile from boyland honda but i will now rather take it to david hobbs in glendale than take it to boyland.

i got a new transmission on my car and prior to taking it there the transmission was the only problem - the car is a 2006 model - in a rare case would there be any other issue. i spent a total of $4500 on getting the transmission put (including the service fee), and when i got the car back none of my power windows, dashboard lights or speedometer were working. when i asked them...they told me it would cost me an extra $1500 to get it fixed.

i had the worst experience ever!! DO NOT go here, seriously!!

I have been a Toyota person for over 25 years. Each time I look for a vehicle, I check out the Honda models. Every time I try to work with a Honda dealership, I get the run-around. I recently tried to deal with Boyland Honda. I not only got the typical sales shuffle ?? I need to check with my Sales Manager- there was a deliberate attempt to deceive. They took the sticker price and added close to a thousand dollars ??Environmental? charge to pump up the price. Upon returning from the Sales Manager- the offer on the table was the inflated price. I asked for their selling price. I was supposed to tell them what I would pay. As I got up to leave, the Sales Manager offered a price that looked like a big discount but was only a few hundred off of sticker. I left and two days later got some internet quotes that were a thousand dollars less then the best offer at Boyland. As of this writing, I can still say that I have never met an honest Honda salesman. The Boyland dealership re affirmed my belief

I have purchase two cars on separate occasions from this Honda dealer so I have a good amount of experience with them. From a sales standpoint, they are pretty much the same as any other dealer. From a service standpoint, you cannot trust them. Their service department advertises prices that are lower than the amount they will charge once you pick up your car. According to several employees, this is done intentionally. For example, they will send you a coupon advertising a special rate of $300 on some service. They will then add an additional amount (say $25) for "waste disposal fees". Now they know before you even get there that there will be $25 in extra fees. The extra fees are not based on any unknown or additional cost from some special circumstance. They claim that the service manager is supposed to tell you about this before you leave your car with them, but that has never happened to me. In fact, I have written quotes that do not include the cost of these add-on fees, but they are always added to the final bill. Even if you are lucky enough to find out the extra fees before handing over the keys to your car, it still is unethical and consumer-unfriendly to wait until the last minute to disclose the added fees. There really is no reason not to include these fees in the quoted coupon prices other than to decieve consumers. All excuses aside, this is a dealer who is intent on deceit.
