Merry Law Offices

I checked CCAP and found and extensive criminal histor y with this guy, and also found he had several public and private reprimands. Thanks anonymous, for putting this info in, I found a lawyer that is actually earning their money. Maybe if I was a hardened criminal I would hire him since he is one already :)

I had a great experience working with Merry Law Office. I don't know why the other reviewer writes about his violations and doesn't even mention how well Roger Merry did with his case. Did Roger even work for you? This guys got an axe to grind.

Roger Merry helped me through a difficult time. I was close to losing my house and he helped me reorganize everything and save my home. He knows the ins and outs of bankruptcy and his office processed everything quickly. I'd be homeless by now if it wasn't for this attorney. Also, the cost of the bankruptcy was exactly what he said it would be. No extra hidden fees showed up later.

Roger Merry is one of the most egregious violators of his own profession. Google 'CCAP Wisconsin', enter 'Roger G Merry' and check out his long history of disobeying the law including felony charges for intimidating a witness, destruction of property, etc. etc. \r

Then Google 'Roger G Merry' and check out his reprimands (at least 5 or 6) from the Wisconsin State Bar Association for violations such as trust account issues, lying to court officials, etc. etc. etc. The first page on google has three reprimands (public) and they refer to the many private reprimands as well. He may not have a license for much longer. \r

Take a good look at other attorneys, because there are few with the bad reputation of this one. Ask what their win/loss record is also, it matters. Talk to at least 3 lawyers before you pick one. And don't, and I mean don't - pick this one!

You can go and do searches for lawyers ratings, and he is one of the few that have been reprimanded that I could find. You can do better!

Attorney Roger Merry is a wonderful attorney. He is very kind and compassionate. He hears what you have to say and will do his very best to try and help. I had him represent me when NO other attorney would touch my case as the other person in my custody battle was a lunatic. He not only represented me.. we also WON! what money he did not use out of my retainer was refunded and I would recommend him to anyone who needs legal help.
