Beware of buying something from this store. Especially electronics. Purchased an XBOX 360. Got it home, tried to hook it up and both sets of cables were not the right ones. Went to take it back and they would not let me return it. Called Microsoft and it turns out the serial numbers on the internal unit did not match the serial number on the outside console. Also, turns out the internal serial number had been previously registered to someone whose registration ran out in 2008. Perhaps to someone who works at Toys R Us? Something fishy. I will never step foot in another TOYS R Us. Just trying to get the word out.

Nice store if you don't need to call them to ask a question for any reason. Have tried over and over and nobody answers at any of the Milwaukee area stores. This problem is not new. I have had this happen many times over for years. Anytime I want to get a hold of someone...no answer!!! Very frustrating...Poor customer service.

I think that this chain has reemphasized customer service in recent years. When I need a specific toy, this is the store I go to. I can tell the employees what I need and they can find it. The price is usually very good. In addition, throughout the year they offer some great clearances. If you don't need a clearance toy, buy some and donate it to a shelter or hospital.

If you want toys, this is the place to go! This store has a vast selection of toys and is near the Brookfield Square Mall. This business is unqiue from other places like Walmart because they specialize in toys and have a great board game section. They also have a whole aisle of video games. On a lower note, the prices can be a tad bit higher than Walmart and online stores like eBay.
