The Roastery has the freshest coffee in the area. Beans are roasted daily, and if you come sometime at night, you can usually catch them roasting the beans, and you can smell it throughout Cedarburg. The baked goods are exceptional- and homemade DAILY. Wonderful service. You do not need to carry a coffee punch card if coming here- they store your name in their computers- and every 8 coffees gets you a free one. I have never been dissatisfied.

Great coffee destination

The Roastery is in the heart of Cedarburg and has both indoor and outdoor seating. There is a vast selection of coffees, teas, and smoothies as well as fresh, delicious bakery. Coffee beans are stocked from locations around the world. Great service.
