I echo the last person's message in that Justin is an amazing sales rep; however, his colleagues leave much to be desired. For example, the day I entered the store Justin immediately helped me and recognized my style (Eurocentric). He then proceeded to pick out four or five shirt / pant combos that looked amazing.

Yet, the day I returned to get the shirts / pants tailored, Justin wasn't working. Huge mistake. I spent an hour dealing with lazy sales reps and a surly tailor who insisted that everything fit even when my cuffs went well past the bottom of my wrists. To make a long story short, I came back the next day to return over $800 worth of clothing before Justin stopped me and found a tailor to do the job right.

The moral of the story: Only work w/ Justin.

We purchased suits for our wedding party who lived all across the country. The suits we initially picked out were no longer available. Instead of giving us that information, the sales person took it upon himself to attempt to gather other suits in the sizes we needed without giving us a choice in the matter. We called several months after the initial purchase, since we hadn't heard anything and the sales person failed to return several messages we left. After getting the information that we needed to pick out new suits, we had to spend another Saturday at the store. The suits were to be shipped to 5 different stores and the timeframe for shipping was not met (it took an additional 3 weeks to get where they needed to be). When two of our men went for their suits, they were told they weren't there (despite the confirmation from our sales person). They needed to make several trips to the stores, when it should have taken only 2 (some had to go back up to 5 times due to missing suits, incorrect suits, or poor tailoring). I made a complaint to customer service and got immediate results from the manager of the store. In the end, a sales person from another store was moved to accommodate us and to fill the position of our initial sales person, who was moved to a smaller store in the area. Once I made a complaint to corporate, things began to happen the way they needed to and the new sales contact (Justin) helped us figure out and fix all of the mistakes of the initial sales person. 2 of our 5 men in the wedding party will not be purchasing from Men's Wearhouse again, due to all of the problems they had getting their suits, even after we dealt with the problems at the sending store.

I very much appreciate all of the help corporate and Justin gave us once we identified the problem, but a wedding is not the time to mess around with a large order and we had many more headaches than we should have had due to the incompetence of one sales person. The quality of the suits is excellent and we are very happy with them, all said and done. The quality of the initial service was inadequate for a corporation the size of TMW and it seemed like they had no way of tracking or searching inventory at any of the stores or searching a name to see if a suit was on site or delivered. This made for a very frustrating experience.
