This place is open late and is always busy on Friday and Saturday nights, especially after bar. They have great food. Its greasy but addicting. They have bosco stix, which are bread sticks stuffed with cheese and they are some of the best tasting things ever! Delivery can take a long time on weekend nights, so be prepared!

Long Story Short: If you place an order for pickup, add 30 minutes to the time they give you or else go there and wait around with your free soda cup until they decide to make your food.

I thought I would give Pizza Shuttle a try this morning for the first time in a long time.
They have been around for years and have grown significantly in all this time.
I remember their sicilian pan pizza being the best pizza ever, and thought I would check up to see how it is now.

I placed a pickup order for a simple cheese pan pizza at 11:35 AM by phone, and was told it should be ready in 20-25 minutes.
Ok so I arrive at Noon and pay for my pizza. The cashier goes to grab it from the kitchen except its not there.
I was told 5-10 minutes and I got a free soda cup.

They actually hadn't even started my pizza and I'm waiting around now as a Noon rush of people come in.
So then I'm trying to get the free pizza shuttle wifi working on my phone at least while I wait, but it requires some username and password that I can't find on the hundreds of posters on every inch of the walls.

Then I overhear someone asking where is order 64 (my order), so they actually hadn't even begun making it still.
By 12:20 PM of course I give up and ask for a refund, which gladly wasn't a problem.
The cashier giving the refund tells me it takes 30 minutes to make a sicilian pan pizza, something they could have mentioned when I ordered.
I was offered one of the dried out pizzas that sit out in the heat box for when people order just a slice.
The pepperoni fat was leaking down from the top pan to the other slices, thx but no thx.

Question is, why didn't they just tell me it would be 30 minutes to make it when I placed the order.
Or why didn't they actually start making the pizza at some point during the 20-25 minutes.
Or how about why after I'm there they didn't just tell me the pizza just wasn't going to be ready.

For a restaurant that has such a huge menu, and such a high traffic rate, and delivers just about anywhere in the city, how could they not have a handle on such a simple thing as a pickup order.
I can't comment on the food because I left with only a soda cup.

Pros: Used to be a great pizza place

Cons: Now it's a fastfood joint, without the fast part

I ordered from Pizza Shuttle quite often because I work late night and it was the only place with such a large menu that was so convenient. I will never order from Pizza Shuttle again because it is not only absurdly overpriced ($8.50) for a 12 inch sub, but the food has been consistently poor. The delivery is never early but quite often late, and the food is usually lukewarm to cold. They also add a $2.25 delivery fee to every order, jacking the price up even more. You should honestly avoid ordering food from this place.

I actually order Pizza Shuttle quite often. I don?t love the pizza by any stretch of the imagination, but it is the best pizza (quality for the cost) I have found in Milwaukee, when it is prepared properly. The service is usually average. Sometimes the service is exceptional and sometimes the service is downright awful. I have received pizzas that were completely falling apart upon deliver, but normally the pizza is as it should be. All around this is a fine place to eat occasionally, but it is not a four or five star pizza place, it?s just okay.

Cons: Very Inconsistent

Once you're past the high school/college age, crowding into this place doesn't really appeal. But if you live nearby, I'd highly recommend takeout or delivery for the pizza. The cheese filled breadsticks are awesome! Go for the Chicago deep dish crust. It's not too thick or doughy, but adds good heft to the pizza. We love the specialty pizzas.

I love these guys. Always super friendly and great deals too! I stop in a lot to grab a slice of pepperoni or even a corn dog. They also have great salads and desserts.

This is my first message.
The service is fast and favorable. Everyone seems to know their jobs and does them well. The people at the registar are efficient and knowable about the products.
The food was very affordable. Large variety and good size quanities. We were impressed by the freshness of the ingredients in our dishes. We loved the pepperoni pizza and the hot wings were still lingering on the tongue long after we left. The beer was cold and the ice cream refreshing. We love the atmosphere! It is a great place for adults and college kids to hang out. We loved the fact they were open so late at night. A good place to stop after the movie or activities downtown. The elevator was a welcome sight to one of the people in our group. The french fries are some of the best I have had in town. They were crisp and we couldn't get over the amount you were given! The ceaser salad was fresh, plentiful and had a delightful taste. All in all this is one of the most reasonably priced with the largest variety of good tasting food we have come to enjoy in a long time.
This isn't the type of place I would take young children.
The televisions were nice. A great place to spend a couple of hours.

I'm a little confussed about the recent review from the previous person complaining about the service and food. Everytime I have gone in there, I see the same happy faces of the employees ready and anxious to take care of me. The food has always been pretty good and sometimes it might take a little longer than normal especially when the "line is out the door" what does this mean? they must be doing something right, maybe not all the time, BUT WHO's PERFECT-Delivery- no body does it better!

I used to order from them late at night when I was hungry and they're the only place still delivering. I have to say that I don't think they've *once* gotten my order right. It's really annoying when you wait an hour for your food to get delivered, and they deliver the wrong thing, so you have to wait another 45 minutes for them to bring you the correct order. This has happened almost every time I've ordered from them.

Not only that, but their pizza is absolutely horrible, their chicken wings aren't even warm when they deliver them and they're usually all dried up like they've been sitting in an oven for a week.

This place is overall pretty trashy if you actually go there to eat. I'd avoid it at all costs.

I have eaten pizza all over the country and this pizza is in the top five best pizzas. The restaurant is clean and simple. The food is tasty and not expensive. The pizza is the food to order. I had vegetarian pizza and enjoyed it. It's not a easy to find restaurant but once you get there, it's well worth the trip

This is where I spent my weekends years ago when I was in highschool, and as I have changed, this hangout has not. It is always packed with highschool kids and they are sometimes rowdy and crude. I love the food here, but I do not like to sit down anymore. (Yes, I was that way too when I was a teenager...but now I'm grown and can complain about those darn kids)

The staff is sometimes nice, sometimes unpleasant, I guess you just have to catch them on a good day.

The pizza is good, and so is the rest of the food. It is worth the trip, even if you don't eat inside.

Shuttle, as most people call it here on the east side, needs more help. At least in my eyes. Many times deliveries are the wrong order or the pizza isn't even cooked all the way through. When I say many times, I mean it's happened to me at least 7 or 8 times. If you live near, pick up may be your best option. They are open very late on weekends, which may be nice if you're really hungry around 2:30 a.m. If you want to eat inside, especially on weekends, you can pretty much forget it because it's filled with high school and college students - absolutely no place to sit. I do have to say that their frozen custard and specialty sundaes are really good. Also, their menu is very big. They serve a ton of appetizers and lots of sandwiches. The chicken wings are to die for.

PROS: big menu
CONS: things are not always cooked thoroughly

You've got to try the breadsticks, and the square pizza. Great place for a slice and a coke, and you don't have to be drunk as stated before.
