Go to Gipper's for the BEST fish fry in Green Bay. I recommend their hand breaded perch plate. With the perch you get baked beans, coleslaw, your choice of potato, and buttered rye bread with raw onions. It's all great! And, to top it off, their tartar sauce can't be beat. Gipper's has all kinds of Packer and some Badger memorabilia and has a sports bar type feel.

The food is good, fairly priced, and they have a good variety on the menu. It is fun to look at the Wisconsin sports memorabilia that decorates the place. The downfall is that they allow smoking in the bar and it gets very smoky. You walk into the bar when you enter the front door so you really can't avoid the smoke.
