My wife and I highly recommend purchasing a used vehicle from sales manager Stuart Sinclair and the team (in particular, assistant manager Larry) at Andrew Chevrolet. Stuart took extra time (on his day off) to make sure we were getting the best deal that met our needs. He was very generous with allowing us to test drive multiple cars, was respectful of our budget (especially with the quoted options for our trade-in vehicle), and gave us plenty of space and time when we needed to think things over. When we had a question, Stuart would answer it kindly, directly, and fully. Stuart even helped us after the sale was completed with something we had forgotten. We highly recommend a trip to Andrew Chevrolet for one who is looking to make an informed purchase within their budget.

My family has purchased over a dozen vehicles from Andrew Chevrolet. Always a great price with outstanding service. Interesting note they have had the same new and used car manager for the nearly 20 years my family has been coming back, as well as it seems most of the sales staff has been there to.

last week we took our sebring in for service work as my wife noticed a clunking sound when she shifted into gear. we had an extended warranty on the car but the warranty was balking at replacing the transmission--they wanted to replace only several parts in it. the general manager frank kelbel and the assistant service director glen lewis went to bat for us and got us a new transmission along with a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty. this is the 8th vehicle we have purchased from andrew and all we continue to get is great service that we can trust. i have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so. thanks again for service you can trust.

In all of my years of car buying, I have never had a more positive experience that exceeded all of my expections. Mr. Frank Kelbel, GM and Mr. Stuart Sinclair, Sale Manager were both world class professionals. My sales representative Kyle Oberdorf was incredibly knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Ms. Julie Johnson, my business manager, was very thorough in explaining all of the paperwork and terms of the loan agreement to me. The entire process was perfect. I would strongly recommend that you consider shopping at Andrew Chevrolet in Glendale for your next vehicle purchase. Their slogan is "Trust Andrew" and I certainly believe that they delivered.

I had went into Andrew Chev. in Dec. of 08 to look at the year end clearance event that they had. During my visit I had talked to a salesperson, Gary Rauter, the most plesent person you would like to deal with! "Highly Recomended Salesperson" but was not able to reach the deal that I was looking for, Upon exiting the store the person from G.M. they tell me was in from Chicago had stopped me and offered to sweeten the deal with a $250.00 food rebate and @$800.00 in gas rebates. It sounded good and we went ahead and purchased a new truck. Upon registering for the rebates it was learned that you have to redeem your gas receipts every month for a min of $100.00 to receive a $25.00 gas card per month, OK I can deal with that. We sent our first month worth of receipts only to have them returned to us (delivery refused) I called the number (Disconnected) went back on their web site and found an alternate number (Disconnected) Contacted ANDREW Chev. and they acted like they knew nothing about it until I started to request to talk to the manager. Then all of a sudden they gave me another number to call when I got home, upon calling that number I got a recording to visit (Gasilineredemptionresolution.com) Went there to find out that the rebate company filed for CHAPTER 11 in NOV. of 2008!!! Andrew knew they were luring buyers in with junk rebates. I had went back there to talk to one of the owners only to be told (If the rebates are not a written part of your contract then there is nothing we can do) Another words we F___ed you Deal With It!!! They would not even replace the rebate with one that is current rather then bankrupt. Beware of Andrew Chev. The bottom line is we purchased the truck on Dec. 27, 2008 and the Gasoline rebate company that they were they were offering certs for had already gone bankrupt in Nov. They knew the S--T was no good!!! Just a bunch of BS. Don't Trust ANDREW CHEV.

Shopping for a new car at Andrew Chevy was an excellent experience. Rick Castro was the sales person that helped us find exactly what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me how to use the latch system on our car seat so that we could go for a test drive. He also gave us plenty of options and didn't just try to get us to go for the first one. We ended up with something not as fancy as the one we test drove, but in our price range. We were very comfortable leasing from this dealership and will recommend it to friends.
