4 Stars: A good hospital, staff are very nice and caring. Billing can be a headache (by Rongyan Z.)

My family go to Froedtert hospital for healthcare needs and we have always had good experience there. The staff are very nice and caring, and the doctors there are very nice too.

This is a teaching hospital so sometimes you will have students accompany the doctors.

The only thing that has been a little troublesome for us is that the hospital contracts its billing out to a third party company and they seem to make mistakes in the insurance billing and have to get involved to clear things up, sometimes multiple times with the same bill.

4 Stars: Great hospital (by Stacy T.)

I had my baby at this hospital, and I was very happy with the outcome. I thought all the staff were nice and treated me with respect. They don't have all kinds of fancy equipment, but it doesn't matter. The staff are really nice. Keep in mind that it is affiliated with the college, so there will be students around. But it's really a great place...at least to have a baby.
