Bought my Toyota here a few years ago...the sales process was fine - no complaints. Since then I"ve been back for a few minor service issues (recalls) and numerous oil changes....and I have been SO impressed with the customer service from the service team. Friendly, professional, prompt...I never feel like it's a hassle to take my car in for service there. The service team here has guarenteed that Don Jacobs will receive my business for the live of my car....and maybe even my next car.

I bought my 2011 Toyota Highlander 4x4 from Don Jacobs and was very satisfied. Price was very fair, gave me a good value on my old car and basically made the experience one that I would repeat. Salesman Eddie and Manager Brian were honest and very freindly and easy to work with. I could not ask for more. They even entered me into a drawing for $1000 free gas!

Shopped online for a Corolla for about 2 weeks. Don Jacobs Toyota had by far the best internet process of the Toyota dealers.
Fastest response and much more personal. The quote contained much more information and was easy to read. When I went to the dealership to drive the Corolla it went smooth as well. A manager directed me to a sales person who showed the car. Very professional from start to finish. i would definately recommend then to any one looking for a new Toyota. I will buy from them again if I buy another Toyota next time

Back in January I found a car at Don Jacobs Toyota in Milwaukee, WI. I have several emails where Ron Huber described the car. Six weeks later, my car was in the shop and I found that the brakes were not new as Ron had said.\n\nRon rarely responded to email, only if I attached someone else's name to the email. After 2 weeks of asking him to verify the condition of the car and proof of new brakes he said that he'd cover the brakes at $30...my friend who's a mechanic said you can't even get brakes at cost for $30! The ones put on were $48 and those were only cheap Napa parts.\n\nIt's been another 2 weeks, I only live an hour or so away and I still haven't received the check or replies to the emails I've sent asking if and when the check was sent.\n\nTERRIBLE customer service. Actually it was great at first. He continued to email details for a whole day and it sounded like a good enough deal to go check out and get. After the sale though, so difficult to get him to respond. He said he didn't typically do business over email. Now I know why. I have his ""promises"" in writing.

A few years ago I leased a car from Don Jacobs. It was a BIG mistake. \n\nWhen I first got the car I was told that they would do window tinting for free to incite me to get the car, when I came back they said they dont remember saying such a thing and I didnt think to make them add it to the contract. I went in to get this done only 3 days after purchase and the salesman and manager both ""didnt recall"" this deal. later on i took my car in to have something repaired and they found a water pump leak. i could not afford to have it replaced so i told them to forgo it. When I went to pick up my car they said that the pump was covered under warranty so I would have to bring it back in (why they didnt figure out that it was under warranty until the end of the day baffles me). I brought it in a week later to have the warranty work done and left it there for 7 hours for what was supposed to be about a 2 hour job. When I picked up my car that evening, THEY NEVER EVEN STARTED WORKING ON IT. They finally fixed it the 3rd time i took it in. its about a 45min drive each way to my dealership so it comes at cost and time. In addition to this I had them cancel my GAP insurance about 2 years ago only to find out a few days ago that they never did it. that is going to cost me about $300. I told customer service about all of this and obviously they did nothing to make me feel better about the situation. I am going to buy my currently leased car, needless to say I will not be buying it through Don Jacobs.\n\nLOOK ELSEWHERE!

Worst customer service ever in their on-line parts department. Emails unanswered; promises ignored. I initially ordered because their prices are good. I'd prefer to pay more and get better service and fewer lies.

Was extremely pleased to find Don Jacobs Toyota after my experiences with the other Toyota dealers in the Milwaukee area. They were very easy to deal with and quite competitive pricewise. I went there because I had heard their service department was good and was found both sales and service to be very responsive. Would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased Cargo Net and Cargo Cover online for my 2010 FJ cruiser. The Cargo Cover arrived with (2) each D-Ring missing , thus unusable. I have sent this outfit 2 separate emails asking for them to send me the D-rings and received no reply. A phone call to the dealership was total waste of time with no one wanted to even discuss the issue.

I have to purchased the D-rings from other companies online. I should have just returned the whole shipment and asked the credit card company to refuse payment.

With service attitude like this, why would an one wants to buy from them? Waste of time. Loser.

I just purchase a new Camry from them after shopping 6 other dealers and I am very happy with both the service and the car,it's my first Toyota.I feel like I was treated as a member of the family not just as a regular customer,they say they are family owned and they don't have to follow any corporate guidelines.Maybe that's were the difference is?!The salesman and the manager were fun people to deal with and made my experience painless and match the competitors price.I guess everybody has their own opinion but go ahead and check them out cause they are the best in my opinion.

I paid for my car in full with a cashier check (as the dealer had wished) and I was told I'll get my title the next day (because the ladies who have the title have gone home and the titles are closed with no access to them). I neither received it nor know when or if I'll get it without taking this to the court.
Of course, some excuses contrary to what I was told earlier were made up later on, let alone avoiding answering the phone or claiming people are off or not available which seems to be a well-established practice in this dealership once you have a real problem.
I complained to Toyota but they were not able to do much. I was ready to bring them cash and take the check (I originally even offered to pay in cash to start with) but didn't get anywhere with this proposal which means there is some other problem than merely the claim that the check has not cleared. I requested bank confirmation from the dealer that the check has been deposited and received none so far and doesn't look like I will get any.
I'll update this case if I manage to resolve this. Bottom-line, do not trust a single word from this dealer, get a good lawyer before / if you have to go there.

This is a very good dealership to consider. Great people! Great hours! Good service! I bought my current car at this dealership and will more than likely buy my next car from them, too. Their 'free oil changes' for life of car ownership is a super deal!

I had a direct personalised quote via email for a specific vehicle - I even had the vin #. I followed up with the salesman that I was dealing with and had it confirmed (also in writing via email). I printed the emails and drove the twenty-some miles to Don Jacobs. I test drove the vehicle and decided to buy it. The salesman - to my astonishment - then said that he would not honor the price that I had in writing on two seperate printouts addressed to me from him. Is it any wonder that the public has such a lower-than-low opinion of car salesmen. Don Jacobs Toyota obviously employs either the incompetent or shysters - or both. I would rate the dealership zero stars if I could.

Salesman was a liar and made us feel like we didn't know what we were doing, like this was my first time buying a car. The sale was rushed and when it came to signing the final paper work, we walked out after being told just the opposite we were told five minutes earlier. Anything for a sale I will not be doing business with them again

I bought a new Camry from Don Jacobs Toyota in Milwaukee and it was a fantastic experience. I usually hate buying cars but this time it was a pleasure. The salesperson was nice, not pushy and went out of his way to help me. The price was the lowest of the 4 dealers I visited and the Camry was perfect when I picked it up. I send everyone that asks to go there and they have all had the same experience so far. The bad review here sounds like their little girl bought a car and mom and dad were mad at her and took it out on the dealership. I didn't feel uncomfortable once and am looking forward to buying from Don Jacobs again in the future.

This place should be shut down for taking advantage of my eighteen year old daughter. She was talked into buying a new car after telling them she wanted a used car with payments no more then 300.00 a month. She walked out with a brand new car paying 600.00 a month. They have taken alot a way from her just to make a buck, sad society has to take advantage of young and old people.
