The value cinema is more than just a theatre, its an experience. Let's start with the positives, the staff is incredibly awesome and helpful. They not only held the door open for me and my husband who was on crutches at the time, but they also carried our concessions. They greeted us with warm smiles, were friendly, and seemed knowledgable about the movies being shown. To top it off, the tickets were insanely cheap! On weekend evenings, they are only $3.75! Every other night, they are only $2.75, with the exception of tuesdays, they are only $1.75. Its a great deal! It is a second run, so they show older movies, but you are paying less than the cost to rent a movie. Plus, you just have to wait a few weeks, and you pay a third of the cost of a first run ticket.

I have to disagree with the comments about the cleanliness though. Like the movies, value is older. Its not that its dirty or sticky, its just that they consist of hand me downs. Its not bad, but its obvious the corporation doesn't spend any time or money in updating the place. It seems they try to make the best of what they got. I always see people cleaning, whether washing windows, sweeping, or wiping countertops, they clean.

Its a great place to see a movie for a great price. The staff is friendly, the theatre is a comfortable temperature, and its something to do.

The one downer about this place is the concessions. However, marcus corporations set the price, so complain about the company, not the theatre. You will pay the same price at any marcus for the same combos, so don't let it push you away. Plus, the money you would have spent on a first run ticket can get you a movie and popcorn. Even better, go with a group, split a large popcorn and share! You get a free refill!

Just give a go and remember you are paying some of the cheapest prices around.

Value was some nice competition for Budget years ago, but in recent years, it's suffered somewhat, and it isn't entirely clear that the $3.75 tickets are justified. Facility maintenance is generally poor, concession prices are about the same as the first-run Marcus locations, the floors are sticky, and broken seats are common.

I can understand the broken seats, I guess, but geez, send a kid with a mop and a bucket in once a day.

It is also a bit tricky to get to from southbound 27th Street. There's a stop light with a left turn lane that apparently goes into a private driveway (not a street) and once you get in the lane, you see the "no U turn" sign. So apparently Oak Creek DPW created a left turn lane for some private driveway...? Obviously not Value's fault, just an annoyance.

What a deal! We can take the whole family to see a recently run movie without breaking the bank. The movies are not first run, but are very recent. The prices are great, Tuesdays are even less expensive!
The concession prices are the same as higher cost theaters.
The parking is plentiful and there was plenty of room in the theater, which was neat and clean.

This theater is just as nice if not even better than some of the high priced theaters. They are family friendly. Clean & totally worth a visit. Give them a try today!

You really can't beat the prices, if you just want to hold out on seeing the movie for a few weeks. I have not been to see a new release since I've gone to this theater. Prices are like $3 for a movie, and they are not really old to begin with. Great if you have children and cannot spend a bucket full of money to see a movie!

Snack bar is always open, and a little pricey, probably to compensate for the movie!
