.

We have been going to Rock Dam camping for decades. We're on our 3rd generation of family members that love this place. It's very modernized, kid friendly w/game room, showers, flush toilets, two very close taverns for adult time if needed.

We love camping here and will continue to camp here every year as it is our family tradition. A lot of our friends have even began camping here (our friends are not the "camping" type either) It's a really fun place and worth checking out.

One of the main draws to this campground is the bar. It is a very popular hangout for both the locals and visitors. The campground has a lot to offer as well. There is a lot of natural beauty in the area. Their camping fees are very reasonable for the area. They offer electrical and water hookups. There is a lake for fishing and swimming. We have always had a great time camping there. The only drawback I can see is that it there isn't much in the area to visit for tourists.

PROS: Great hangout, bar, reasonable rates
CONS: Remote area, not much for tourists
