Very expensive and careless. They had my bike for a month, charged me $600 completely forgot to replace the front tire that had bad tire rot. Within 2 days of having my bike back the same problem I had initially returned. Brought it back. They had it for two weeks and didn't even look at it yet. I'm taking it elsewhere.
Another problem I had was I could never reach them by phone. I would ask for the service dept and I would get placed on hold for 10min before giving up. I could only reach them by entering the store.

Very expensive and careless. They had my bike for a month, charged me $600 completely forgot to replace the front tire that had bad tire rot. Within 2 days of having my bike back the same problem I had initially returned. Brought it back. They had it for two weeks and didn't even look at it yet. I'm taking it elsewhere.

Yamaha v-star classic, 2005 was brought in in April to get fixed. Trouble starting. I gave an explanation to the gentleman at the counter. He said 3-5 days, we would be calling a let you know what the diagnosis is and see what you want to do. Long story, 31 days later I picked it up. charged around $1100. Within 5 hrs, I was stranded because it would not start, same problem as I described. I ended up getting back to the shop and they eventually fixed it, but I had to pay another diagnosis rate of $89.99 The bike is fixed, but having to pay the diagnosis fee twice, not having my bike for over 30 days the first time, including a response from the desk person saying we do not know where the bike is now, but will call you later when we find it was another thing that went wrong.
The bike does run good now but it cost me $1200

We have always been able to find parts here for our motorcycle and they are very fairly priced. The sales staff is very friendly and helpful when I go in for my husband.
