I have only gone in twice...it just seems that the clothing items can be found cheaper at other locations and second hand stores. The location on Oneida is busy and parking is very limited. It seems that in almost every section they have some good items, but you really have to dig to find good prices. The books are all overpriced and the staff doesn't seem empowered to change anything, which isn't the case in other store locations. For example, I found a set of books on animals (imagine a hardcover Zoo Book magazine) and each was priced at 2.50. When I dug through their selections to find the entire set (more than 25) and asked a staff and checkout person if they could bundle them together for a more reasonable price they both shrugged me off and wouldn't even get the manager. I ended up putting them all back and left frustrated because I truly want to help Goodwill in their mission and feel like they are moving towards more of a "dollar store" feel than good quality secondhand items at reasonable prices.
Goodwill on Oneida Street has some good deals but it takes a lot of time to pick through the racks to find them. The layout of the store makes it easy to find the section that you are looking for but it can be difficult to find anything worthwhile that is reasonable priced. The lines are never long at all so the checkout process is pretty quick. Parking is pretty easy and the store is conveniently located.
Goodwill in Green Bay is an OK Goodwill but it is really hard to find quality items than it is in other goodwill stores. They just don't have the selection of items that some stores do. A lot of the stuff is very overpriced for the condition and quality. However, I have found some items at the store and feel that I did get a good deal on them. It takes a lot of time to pick through the grabage to find them though.
Goodwill stores vary and this one gets a 3-star rating. It's a medium sized store. They're clothing selection is smaller than that of their larger stores and no where near as good as that of their Manitowoc location. Theprices at this store are also noticably higher than those at other Goodwills. The condition of many of there items is not worth the price they charge for them. But if you've got the time to look or aren't too particular, you can find some basic wardrobe or household staples there. They have a fairly large parking lot, but being right off of a main street, it can be difficult to enter/exit their lot.
