Absolutely delicious. The sauce, the crust. YUMMMMMMM. Not much on the atmosphere and kind of small for larger parties, but we go there with a dozen people and fill ourselves with their fantastic pizza. I eat pizza in every city I go in and, while I know people have different tastes, in my opinion, this is smiply the best.

I read some of the reviews and wonder if some of them enjoy Pizza Hut and Domino's but only to compare them to such. All I need to say to that is ARE YOU CRAZY?!

Ned's is a Milwaukee staple! When someone asks me where to get a great pizza in the metro Milwaukee area (not just MIlwaukee, folks) I tell them Ned's.

Anyone making complaints about this pizza is truly out of bounds. This place has been around since the 60's and changed NOTHING.... It's why it is so popular. Go in and see for yourself and while you're at it, read the spread about Ned's when you are in the waiting area. Food critics don't make spreads on average tasting garbage.

I've had pizza at a supposed legendary pizzeria in Chicago and it wasn't worthy enough. Ned's cracker crust (Milwaukee style) is crunchy and crispy. Not cardboard, greasy and flimsy trash you find at many other pizzerias. From the crust to the center, it's crispy and crunchy.

Again, I'm mystified to read some of the jerks who had bad things to say about this pie-joint. How sad and pathetic. If you don't believe my review or other good one's on here--go read about Ned's (make sure you have the real Ned's on 27th) on YAHOO.com and see why there is such a high rating.

All other complainers, go back to Papa John's (yuk).....

My wife and I heard good things about this place and so far it has lived up to the hype. We ate there once before and had a personal sized pizza to sample it. I remembered that it wasn't bad, so we came back months later and ordered a 16 inch. It was great. We came around noon and the pie was ready in about 15 minutes. It tasted great when we got home, and hours later when we tried it cold. Nothing tastes better together than cold beer and cold pizza and very few can pull off the combination. Though I did enjoy it greatly, it's not the best I've ever had. This comes in 3rd. #1 is Giaordano's in Chicago, #2 is Little Italy in Arlington Tx(surprise), and #3 is Ned's Pizza. Never had NY Pizza so this personal list is subject to change. For Wisconsin, Yes this is the best pizza in the state so far.

Pros: Great Pzza, Fast preparation if you get there early

Cons: Not the best I've ever had...

The pizza is a good thin crust type so we ate there fairly often. I was soured on the place when we went to pick up a large pizza and they would not honor the $2 off coupon from the yellow book because it had expired. The thing is there are many of the exact same coupon in the current edition of the yellow book we had. It was a simple mistake on our part but their lack of understanding cost them a regular customer. There are just too many good pizza places around to skimp on customer service. We do not plan on returning.

I have lived in Milwaukee for most of my 39 years and without a doubt, this is the best thin crust pizza in the city. Zaffiros on Prospect is a good second, but Ned's is the BEST. We get a parbaked pizza (since it take an hour to get it home) and pop it in the oven. What pure bliss!!!! It's a special treat we value in the city. Thanks Ned's!!! Please never close!!!

Pros: crispy crust, zesty sauce, and the best blend of flavors

Cons: 30 min. car ride but worth every minute!

Tis is good, parking is a problem, but the pizza is hot and ok. The crust taste somewhat like a cracker, but other than that...its good.I have been there many times over the years and it stays the same, so you don't have to worry about the pizza taste changing if you want to go there another time later. Check it out, but park on the side street.

The pizza at Ned's is among the best in the city. The staff are friendly and efficient. If you place a take-out order there is a discount for 3 or more takeout pizzas. Excellent value.

My husband and I have been going to Ned's since before we were married. They have the best pizza in town. We took our daughters to Ned's and now we are taking our granddaughter there also. Again it is the best pizza in town\r\n

Pros: Chuck and Jim

Cons: Fridays there can be a wait, but usually no longer than 20 min.

Have been going since my first daughter was 3 years old, which was 35 years ago. First place we stop when she arrives from California. And first place we stop when the other daughter comes from Arizona. Have ""addicted"" others to their pizza over the years. I now live in the Oconomowoc area and look for reasons to travel to the south side so I can stop for Ned's Pizza. Always friendly and the pizza always tastes the same - great! (I think it's in the sauce! Or maybe the fact that they put so much of whatever you order on it). You never go home hungry!
