Ups Store

I have a box at this store. They ALWAYS are courteous, wait on you in turn (as it should be) say hello by name and often retrieve my mail before I get to the box. I can access 24/7 7 days/week. I can drop US Mail as well as ship UPS. They have advised where or how I can still get a package out if I'm running late.

The transition from a Mailboxes, Etc. to UPS Store was very smooth. I leave a small deposit with them and they do services and sell supplies when needed and then charge my account - no time-consuming procedures - just do and go and then get monthly bill with detailed receipts attached. Great for a busy small business person with a home office that wants a place to depend on. My expectations have always been met or exceeded. Prices are bit higher than supplies stores, but not excessive. They are a good all around deal. Shipping is the same price as anywhere and they help to find the most cost effective method. They have also helped me trace important packages at no charge or hassle. I highly recommend this store!

Each time I've gone into this location I've been happy. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about all of their services. Sometimes it seems they can go a little slow on the checkout side of things, but overall pretty good. The store has very little parking however and it's in a hard location to pull out from. Also, be prepared to pay more for supplies, but that is expected if you come unprepared.
