I had both of my kids there for a few years and they enjoyed it (my daughter still goes there). They are very nice and care for the kids a lot. Many of the teachers there have formed positive relationships with both of my kids. The P4J program is a scam, but that has more to do with Janesville city politics than Cargill.

My children have both attended Cargill and my husband and I are so pleased with everything about their facility and program. Miss Amber and my daughter really connected and even now that my daughter is in school and rarely sees her, they remain close. All of the teachers my children have had were wonderful, Miss Ellen, Miss Angela, Miss Erica, Miss Charlotte, Miss Sarah, Miss Sara, Miss Mary and Miss Amber! They learn great songs, get great meals and learn so much! I highly recommend it!

I had my 3 kids here and was not pleased. Miss Anna was great, but Miss Debbie & Miss Amber were not easy to work with. When issues were addressed with the director, Arolyn, they were immediately dismissed. I constantly received phone calls at work about the kids, especially the baby, being ""sick"", which resulted in many unnecessary doctor visits and bills. I was also given several different stories when my child was injured and couldn't even walk yet. Apparently they don't keep a close eye on the kids!

My son went to Cargill for preschool. The teacher was very helpful and the kids learned a lot. The activities were interesting for the children. They used the same Jolly Phonics program that they use in the schools. Since this is a daycare and preschool, some of the children attend all-day every day and know each other well. Other kids just attend the preschool program. My son had a really hard time making friends because the daycare kids were very closed off towards the non-day care kids. He struggled socially for most of the year. Seeing how wonderfully he has done socially in kindergarten really brought this to my attention.
