Do not live in any apartment complex, owned by this management company. They are terrible!!!!!!!! The landlords themselves are not terrible but the upper management is horrible. You never get anything fixed and they will try to screw you

I'm begging anyone who reads this to NOT move into these apartments....My boyfriend and I moved in with all these promises to fix this and that and nothing was ever fixed. We also asked about getting a cat and the first two lanlords

First off, I would like to state that I am almost always understanding of those in customer service and always consider the benefit of a doubt. However in this case, Wright Weber Management LLC and their hand picked on site managers are nothing more than uneducated slaves at the disposal of the corporate mafia goons in Milwaukee to get half off on their rent. My wife and I have lived at the 1748 Golf Bridge Neenah location for over two years and have never been late on rent, and have always been respectful tenants. It is something else when such strict policy is enforced by the corporate office, and left up to the on-site manager pawns to enforce. What this all boils down to is...ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT FROM WRIGHT WEBER MANAGEMENT LLC; no matter what kind of incentive they give you. You WILL pay for it in the end, no matter how extensively you clean your apartment before you leave. There is a SEVERE disconnect between the corporate office in MKE and the Neenah field office. If there is a discrepancy in "magical overages," (supposed late rent, 5 day eviction notices, etc.) good luck calling something to plead your case to get the eviction notices waived or money credited to your account. The MKE office lost our cashiers check for rent, and charged us a $50 fee along with an eviction notice which compounded with each subsequent month. Calling them to fix this is not going to work, you will run into a dead end every time. They found the money order at the office after I cancelled it and issued a new one, (which was then sent certified mail) they sure as hell admitted to getting that one! All-in-all do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. In the beginning I stumbled upon numerous bad reviews and sloughed them off because I tend to see the best in less-then-perfect service. But take it from us, these people are malicious, nasty, renters who don't give a flying f*ck about their tenants...MIND YOU THIS!!
