I have gone to this location several times for testing. They have always been very proffessional and kind. The only problem is the long waits for routine procedures sometimes. I find the staff to be very professional, however they don't always spend the most time with you or research further if they don't have an answer.
We took our baby to the Immediate Care clinic very early on a Sat morning. The staff there was so nice, even though we ended up being there for teething problems!! Very easy to locate imediate care offices. The children's waiting room at the clinic doctor's office was one of the best that I have seen. Kept my baby interested and happy the whole time we were waiting. We were seen within 10 minutes of checking in.
PROS: Friendly staff, great hours, nice waiting room
CONS:
I have been to these clinics many times. I had gone to them previously before I went to GHC, and then now that my insurance has changed again I am back. The staff is great, I mostly go to the Monona clinic. They have many clinics, so it is very convienient.
PROS: Many locations, Immediate Care open long hours, friendly staff
CONS: Long waits at immediate care
